THANK YOU. I found this after trading my own account for a few years... and realized just how obsolete the Level II I had been using as a supplement to my trading truly is... WOW. The fact that this is available for $15 a month is insane to me. Just sitting there under the rocks waiting for me to find it. Can't wait to dive in deep and truly learn this inside and out.

@@CyberTradingU Thank you for confirming. Odd that the Nasdaq site fails to mention OTC on data.nasdaq.com/BookViewer.aspx Have been watching your videos and learning a lot. Great information. Thanks again.
@@CyberTradingU I just talked with Bookmap support. They said "please note that currently we do not support otc or pink sheet stocks. We'll consider implement but don't have any timeline at the moment ". I then said that I was told by a bookmap educator that "bookmap supports OTC and Pink Sheet stocks", and their response was "no we do not , that's confirmed with our supervisor ". I then asked "How do I know which one has the right information? The bookmap educator says yes, but you and your supervisor say no. I understand that dxfeed provides OTC data feeds, and dxfeed can be used by bookmap... so couldn't I just buy a dxfeed OTC subscription and use that with bookmap? " Bookmap support's response was "Dxfeed provides them but Bookmap hasn't implemented them" So would you happen to know of another tool comparable to bookmap where I can see OTC and Pink Sheet market liquidity?
@@viksra We tend to stay away from OTC & Pink Sheets due to their high risk, widespread, and lack of liquidity on their order book. So, I'm not sure if a tool like Bookmap exists for Penny Stocks & OTC.
@@CyberTradingU Thanks. I am interested in using Bookmap in the OTC and Pink markets to assist in the detection of fraud and manipulation. I just submitted a request on the Bookmap forums for the OTC and Pink markets to be supported. MotiveWave says they can display OTC & Pink market liquidity (in the form of a heat map), but I am waiting for verification of this. Thank you for your responses. Have a good one.
Are you talking about something called a "no show?" That would be something your brokerage would offer to you. It's essentially a tool that will not show orders on level II but they will show up on the ECN book.
Good stuff Fausto. You have to know that the big money boys hate you. You are leveling the playing field for all traders that are paying attention. Thank you!
Great video! So I searched for "Totalview" and I clicked on the link below. I don't know how old the link is. If you look at the link, it shows "black" rows. I'm wondering if that's just a different background color settings. If I trade ETFs (like UGAZ or DGAZ), I'm wondering it I will get the extra data on bookviewer? It seems that this only good for equities. Thank you Fausto.

Hey there I am curious If I wanted to look at the /NQ futures book would I be able to look it up or is this just only the stock that are in the Nasdaq. Is this helpful for futures traders also?
The market depth on trade station doesn't really show the Order or the net order imbalance at the open. why do you like tradestation? is it because you are affiliated with them or Do you really like it more than other broker? Can you share your experiences with other brokers? light speed for examples. I'm trying trade station but notice that the chart are not very good and a bit hard to work on a fast pace at the open. I prefer esignal or maybe TOS
Tradestation offers a wide variety of tools that benefit a daytrader, more than other platforms we have used over the years. That includes the TradeStation Matrix, which offers a full depth of NASDAQ order book, along with others as well. This data is aggregated by price, simplifying the identification of major Support/Resistance price levels. We have students around the world that not only use TradeStation but other day trading friendly platforms such as thinkorswim and Interactive Brokers. To us, the biggest priority is the ability of seeing order flow.
Great work! One question I had, rather more so I understand... at the bottom of the book viewer it shows total shares. Can one assume, if there are 200k shares on the buy side, and 50k shares on the sell side, price should generally move up. Correct? And the reverse , price should move down.
Mr. Fausto, great video and information. I wish I would’ve found your channel sooner. I am now a subscriber, and looking to join your chat room. Question: do all books have to be bought separately in order to view them (ie, BATS, ARCA etc.)? By the way, TradeStation platform has this on the matrix, and now I know what it’s for! Thank you again for the great content!
We primarily use TradeStation in our live trading room, however our students use other platforms that offer this type of data. You can chat with our students along with our instructors in our trading room to learn more!
I was wondering what does the color represent in the Bookviewer Orange, Grey etc... does it represent excuted orders or still pending orders, or how do i know when orders getting excuted or cancel? I will appreciate anybody answer.
Hi Yamir. The colors only indicate all orders at the same price. All the orders you see on Bookviewer are 'pending' limit orders waiting to be executed. We confirm the order execution by watching time and sales. I'll explain this in depth during my live webinar this Thursday: cybertradinguniversity.lpages.co/fbc-main-landing-page/
here is my question ....its only tell you volume going on nasdaq exchange what about other exchanges ??? missing out lots of volume coming thru in the stock from different MMID....likes BATS, IEX and all 1 million others....
Hi Shawn, while the Nasdaq Bookviewer only shows the orders from the Nasdaq, other programs that we use (for example: Tradestation Matrix) allow us to see data from multiple ECN's
