Ok
What’s good my dude love the content u are the highlight of my day!
You guys should get a ysr 50 and do something crazy with it
Got that new 4.0 Poower joke lol
You guys gotta get a beefy axle in that thing, bigger springs, and air bags. This is one of the coolest builds on UA-cam
i say diesel swap her
I agree I think they should put an f350 axle and Springs on it
5.3 or put a cummins in it
Then put a flatbed on it and turn it into a welding rig
@@jacksonkleczkowski9789 cummins
bro I still have so much respect for kens attitude after his injury... man took it like a champ!!
Facts
He's a tank
Out of all the things that happen to him thats the thing he is chill about idk why but its such a ken thing
Surprisingly it seems his attitude has actually gotten better 🤣 maybe they hit his head just right
Yeah because they prolly paid em off
Those 4.0 rangers were bad ass! I had 4 or 5 of them and I towed some things I had no business towing. When I built my house, we had a bunch of willow trees in a wet area. I had my excavator guy rip them out, so I never had to mess with them again. We use my friends' truck (identical ranger) to drag them on a trailer. Some of these root balls were 10' across. We took them to my wifes grandfathers farm and dropped them in a hole. Pulling wasn't the problem. Trailer whip was and I don't know how I didn't crash when the trailer pushed the truck with no trailer brakes. Building the same house, I found a line on some railroad ties. As many as I wanted. After the second trip of 35 ties the transmission wasn't happy. The truck only showed 65k but had been rolled over twice so 265k was what the odometer read. Ford put a new transmission in it, my friend painted it at his shop and I traded it. Looked brand new and I did see it running around for quite a while!
I had a 91 with a 2.9 V6 and it was unkillable, like lifter tick for over a year, rear main seal gone with no oil pressure at idle for longer than I owned it, bad transmission and torque converter, and more issues 😂 thing did not die I respect the ford ranger it’s just as good as a hilux in my opinion
A Ford ranger is badass
This video made me a little more confident in my trailer pulling skills. Thank you
Them towing the excursion limo with a dually ranger has to be the most redneck thing I’ve seen in a long time
69
Not Redneck... Moron Express.
Apparently, you ain't been to Elmore County, Alabama. All you'll see is one big contiguous neck that is redder than the crimson tide. The don't call em' "Elmorons" for nothing.
i'd love to see this as a serious build, it'd be so cool.
It is a serious build
You should make Ben’s Lambo like a Dooley and Ken’s Tesla but I know can I doing it so you should do Michael’s bronco and make it a dolly and you should do the four wheeler
@@D_Rami69
That’s not a serious build. All they did was add a wheel
Hmm yes, so they’d need to beef up the frame, suspension, axles, motor … aaannnddd you have an f150
Back in the 80's they made dually conversion kits for small pickups like that. They had the adapters, wheels and fiberglass finders. I even remembered seeing a dually S-10 conversion brand new at a local dealership back in 88. I still know where a Dodge Dakota dually is now that's overgrown with weeds.
In the 80s and 90s Toyota made small 1ton dually trucks from the factory, they were used as uhaul trucks, service trucks, even campers. But most were sold as cab and chassis trucks that got a regular flatbed
You guys need to beef up the windshield wipers for obvious torque improvements
The fact that Ken is able to keep his old attitude is insane and really cool
he kinda has to lol, it’s his job
@@cjstricklen2930 true
Lol he has the most neutral attitude honestly but ya never changed
Pretty clean build for the time spent, the angle of the fenders are a little extreme but for the amount of time y’all put into it, it’s definitely a little unit.
I was thinking you were going to make it into a lifter. I didn't expect you're going to pull a huge trailer!
That would be one heck of a sight to see on the road!
I have no idea how safe it is, but it looks amazing.
Now here’s an idea, do it legit 😂 I want to see a proper dually ranger….perhaps that runs on the diesel variety of fuels 👀
4 BT cummins? Eh? Stiffen that back end up. 👌
should never have come with a gas engine to begin with. all pickups should be diesel anything ells is just plain wrong and retarded
You make it sound so easy
5.9 Cummins 12
Thursday nights are the best cause we all know the boys are dropping a banger as always!
Fax
I’m always waiting
Now you just need to put a small diesel in it! Sick build boys 🤘
and red delete
You mean raptor Ecoboost swap it
Perkins swap it
@@jrmd1418 Ecoboosts are trash!!!
Cummins 4bt
I am genuinely interested in how you guys made the dually spacers, I want to do this to my Mazda b4000!!!
Time to cram a diesel in there. Great job on the build, it looks amazing. Loves the videos.
Same thing I said 🛻
yah a little alh tdi or 3 cyl out of a reafer
@@1siameselife797lc79 is a smaller truck but can still fit 4.5 V8 turbo diesel, one of the most reliable light truck engines ever
Now you just need to drop a 12 valve in it😉🤔
Always thought of doing this with a diesel conversion and putting the step side bed sides on a regular bed side frame to get you factory looking dually tubs
Great build! I've got a 99 flare side. 5.0 swap, 4.56 gears, 4" lift, 33x10". It would be interesting to see how well it would pull that. It's been a fun little truck for the past 10+ years.
Next step to the build should be air bags btw it looks so great!!!
Fenders look 😳
That thing looks good but would make for a killer flatbed 👏🏻
YES!! They need to put a flatbed on it.
the 8.8 in the rear is fairly beefy only downfall is the c - clip axleshafts and I would definately recommend a Ford 9 inch axleswap for the extra beef and selection of lockers and gears. absolutely cool
Best build ever I've seen for a lighter duty truck. Definitely beef up the suspension with tougher axles and replace those old leaf springs for sure. I wanna see this thing with turbo and a good tune. Maybe even a full on diesel conversion would be sick🔥🔥🔥🤙
Ryans face everytime you guys do hooligan shit is priceless!
You guys are literally living any boys dreams! Bikes cars and trucks! You do the stuff we all want to do!
I’m guessing you haven’t heard of whistlin diesel.. I’m pretty sure they know each other..
@@bmint yhmate watch him too his testing the hilix video popped up on my home page the other day watches about 15 of his videos already
This thing looks like it should be taking first place in the tractor pulls!! haha
You guys should tow the 30 f gooseneck with the ranger with the GTR or both Lambos inside.😃
I really like the shop vids like this where everyone works together on a build like this
ken is the funniest guy i know. Mike is so much better at riding in the past year. i look forward to these vids. love yall
I just hope mike doesn’t get much better at golfing. Too funny to watch him suck then actually play well
You know ken
Now that's what a Ford Ranger should look like on a dual cab
I wonder how long it took them to figure out how to get the headlight housing out.🤣
I built my dually ranger back in 2011 and tow a fifth wheel camper regularly.
Definitely not the first to build a dually ranger for towing but still nice to see. You want a factory look you should put some step side fenders on it. Will make it look so much better.
Finally a good comment. Those trailer fenders look stupid compared to the actual stepside of the ranger fiberglass that coulda be snagged at a local salvage yard.
Exactly. Looks factory. Trimming the boxy lower section off the leading end is the only substantial mod needed to make it look extra smooth.
So how do you get the GVWR ratings increased to legally tow more?
What did you use for the dually setup? A swapped axle or the spacer These guys are using?
I've never seen something more beautiful. next to Ken's happy face and Ryan's I'm not sure about this face.
These guys are literally the underrated version of WhistlinDiesel
And better version. Less annoying in my opinion
@@ThompsonJosh98 true
@@ThompsonJosh98 And they actually care somewhat about their cars
How are they similar in any way?
@@Luckingsworth they have fun with cars, drive them hard and eventually break them
Toast to the ranger. I had an 1999 Ford Ranger. With in the next couple of years, I might get an extended cab one with an 5 speed transmission. Great work to all…
Please convince that company to produce more of those wheel spacers/adapters. I now want to do this build to my Ranger! lol
Same
Same
same
Why? So the wheels break off and pass u going down the hwy. Those wheel spacer adapters dont help u tow more. Shoot u could prolly get an actually dually axle for cheaper than it cost to make those garbage spacers.
@@timeckenrode2710 shut up
Since its a dually you have to try to diesel swap it it would be funny seeing a ranger rolling coal.
That thing need beefier leaf springs, air bag suspension, and a 7.3 power stroke that's a beast right there
That’s sick 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I’ve been wanting to do my 07 Tahoe…
It needs Smoke stacks also could make larger bump stops to put on when heavy hauling 👍🏼
Let’s goo!!! Been refreshing for hours lmao. Best part of Thursday is CboysTV
I would love to buy one of these....Please Finish building this as a SERIOUS Build Fellas‼
1750 Lbs rear springs and traction bars. 14 or 15 inche front rotor swap with quad piston calipers. F250 master cylinder swap. Radiator upgrade. Transmission cooler upgrade. Engine oil cooler. Differential cooler. Winsor engine swap.
Keep up the amazing work guys y’all are my fav UA-camrs
Next you should definitely add air bags to the rear to help with the squat when towing
Honestly I wanted to do this and you made it easy. I wish I hadn't sold my ranger
This is awesome. I been waiting for someone to do a truck like this forever. I always wanted to see this type of ranger as a dual.
Easily one of the best vehicles builds around if not the best. Amazing content as usual from the Boys
Its thrown together only an idiot would call it a build. Google produces better ranger dually builds than this.
Definitely one of my favorite videos can’t wait to see What you guys do to it next. Would be awesome if you guys put a 4BT Cummins diesel in it.
I was literally getting ready to comment that!!
Ur both idiots. A 4bt is almost 1000lb motor a 3.0 or 4.0 is 350lbs. The only diesel that should go in a ranger is a motor that is roughly the same as the gas motor. Those wheel adapters wouldnt hold the torque of a 4bt.
@@timeckenrode2710 could beef up the frame and suspension. No need for name calling pal.
Miss my Ranger so much lol. Had a black long bed with extended cab with the 3.0. Great little truck
once the dulley went on, that was sickk
Ken should get a paid vacation for literally putting his neck on the line
This thing needs a diesel swap and an actual dually axle and suspension setup on it. That shit would be so badass
I miss my 99 Ranger soooo bad. Somehow they have appreciated in value in my area lol.
There is a mid 90s S-10 dually that drives around in town where I live. I love it.
Dude when Ben said “you can only have three things” so relatable, I do construction and I tell home owners this all the time “ price, quality and time you get to pick two so choose wisely . 😂
“Ken, don’t hurt yourself now” LMAO 😂 good vid my boys!
This is something straight out of my off-road outlaws garage🤣🤣
Y'all need the dual stacks coming out the bed with the heavy duty front and rear bumpers
Thing looks sick and clean! Good job fellas!!
CJ needs to learn how to pull a gooseneck. 😂😂 love y’all.
Who made that custom piece to make it into a dually
Good for you, that's awesome. Now, 14:27 anyone else get the chills from that death stare? That's right on par with the ones I get daily.
That modification to a ranger like this is absolutely awesome. So awesome in fact, thaty I would love to see more rangers like this one!
Waiting for this all day. Great job boys
Looks good! Graft some stepside Ranger fenders on that bed and it'll look factory!
Wrap was a bad idea but I love that truck!
Seeing a new video by you guys makes me so happy even when I’m having a bad day
I never thought a ranger could be that cool 😂
You ain't the first I know a boy in Dodson Louisiana who has a ridiculous Ranger dually since way back in the day
It’s always a good day when the cboys post
Congrats on 1.7 mill, i watch you guys every single day, love the content, keep up the hard work!
Love the ranger! My dad had an 06 STX in red for 13 years. Just replaced it with a black 05 FX4LII.
Now it needs a 4bt Cummins, bigger axels, a big stack and sheep be mint! Add a couple stickers for horsepower and boom the sickest build ever
Big axle, air bags, and a 4bt swap and this thing could be a legit dually!
Love y'all's content/videos keep up the great work
It would be even more hilarious if you do a Sport Trac.
When I saw the TikTok of the boat dragging this down the ramp I was hoping someone squeezed in a Cummins and upgraded the axles and what not for a legit towing capacity increase lol. But I had to find the build after seeing it and looked it up.
You guys have a true talent of always having amazing content.
Y’all are the best!!!
Add some beefy solid front and rear axles, maybe even a dually axle. Then a 7.3 godzilla swap! And ten speed!!
Man this is my new dream truck.
I thought that the ranger was good looking with just a lift kit and some wheels.
I would have never thought to dually convert one.
Now all I can think about is how cool this would be to have one, one day
Keep up the good content that everyone enjoys!❤
This is insane! Keep up the great work guys hope too see y’all one day
You know this ain’t the first time I’ve seen a dulley ford ranger!!😂😂
Definitely going to be one of my next projects..!
I can't believe I never thought of this
You guys are legends !! You guys have made my whole week great from watching this video and I'd like to say thank you
Boys you definitely have to put semi exhaust pipes coming out the top it would look great
The cab needs set onto a one ton frame with bigger axles and leaf springs, all in all its pretty good, should make a miniature gooseneck for it
You need to add the following as I used to pull a 36ft travel trailer with my ranger. 2500 lb bags in back over axle and rear sway bar off Explorer. You will be good to go til the trans breaks. It's the only weak link in the setup. Great job on the build though.
Damn yall did a good job on this one. That ranger goes hard
Man these guys are great, and they truly won the lottery at life
Sometimes is NOT about pulling is about STOPPING 😂
Mid size dually that's pure custom genius!!!
I want that truck so bad 😂
Cj has progressively gotten visible stronger..props to him
@CboysTV can you do the same upgrade on a smart car?
Here I am watching a random video and you guys just roll into Dilworth
Where can I get the dually conversion kit?
