I would say the key is to clear his adds and minimize him down to 1 kill/turn. Until he attacks Yarrick my last turn, he's getting kills against me too, but the key is controlling Snappa and the Tanks to get him into that position. Re'vas overwatch can help here, but it'll cost you damage overall.

Gibba (and Rotbone) both take 1% *current* HP in damage for every time they were hit at the end of each turn. Due to this, 2 or more players attacking at the same time so they're both in a battle with a "full health" boss. If 2 players attack and both do 200k/554k and the boss then has 154k left, the 3rd person to attack will actually really struggle to do 154k because the 1% dmg per hit will be greatly reduced. This means it's best to stop with 1 attack left, calculate damage, and make sure you're going to kill it before finishing the battle. If you're not, you have a 3rd person enter the battle while the boss still shows full health to them.
Aun'Shi's Active ability restores health and refreshes the active ability of the unit he uses it on. The active ability gets refreshed to the level of Aun'Shi's active, so if you want 2 summons of level 50 Guardsmen, you need a level 50 Aun'Shi active as well.
Yeah nice mate, but as Lav says: try it with G1 units max and see the outcome! Snow Print have killed GR stone fkn dead as an event for so many players with smaller level units; it’s no fun, just a futile grind

G1 units simply aren't scaled for L3 fights. They're scaled for epic fights.
