ROTC Commissioning Ceremony May 2019

The Army Reserve Officers Training Corps and Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps of Hampton Roads joined together for the Spring Commissionaring Ceremony at Old Dominion Unviersity. 16 Cadets and 13 Midshipmen were commissioned during the ceremony. ROTC Cadets are typically taught by field officers
But why would that feel weird? Rank doesnt always guarantee respect. Experience matters as well
