The book Legolas was described as being lighthearted and often singing while they were traveling. I feel like the movie Legolas would be much more complete if they depicted him singing, but I suppose there are technical difficulties with that.

Orlando Bloom did a very good job while playing Legolas. He was very personalized and it felt very true. I would say that him and Aragorn were the two of the most inspiring characters of the LOTR series. Frodo and Sam ere just a bunch of wimps! :P
the lord of the rings and the hobbit are awesome the hobbit is about the time before the lord of the rings so its a good combination to watch them both i miss middle earth
