You need to change the Vagrantfile, the line number 18 should be yum install -y repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-mitaka/rdo-release-mitaka-5.noarch.rpm
The limited amount of time, made the presenter rush up and not explain things in detail. I hated the fact that he asked people to refer online stuff couple of times because I'm sure it wasn't what the attendees expected.
