Was your room listed as an ocean front or ocean view? I was under the impression that the ocean front rooms were located in the beach houses verses the main building. Thanks
I believe it's oceanfront but the beach houses are the only ones directly on the beach because of how the pool/main house is situated if that makes sense? However, I'd definitely suggest the rooms vs. the villas because their private beach has bushes in the back that don't really allow you to enjoy the ocean!
Really great vlog! Love ur energy and u and ur bf are too cute so are your parents :). May I ask if room service is ordered by phone or through the tv? And any restaurants (and dishes) that are must tries?
Hey! You order through the phone in your room. I'd say the asian restaurant was hands down our favorite- we went there twice! It has an extensive menu that has Indian, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, etc. I'd also suggest going to the jerk hut by the pool for lunch vs. ordering on the beach. It'll be so much quicker and fresher! I hope that helps :)
@@justiphoneasmr3987 nah- we didn't do the hibachi. But I've been to other all-inclusive resorts with hibachi options and have never found them particularly different than a typical Japanese steakhouse experience!
They were crazy!! It was only an issue after dinner or before 9 AM though. I didn't even think about bringing bug spray but after a few sprays, it wasn't too terrible.
More than once I see people asking stupid questions about mosquitoes. Dam it is a tropical island bring your insect spray . I live in Jamaica from the day I was born till age 38 mosquitoes are always there over the whole dam island.

Question because I noticed you wore jeans to the Asian restaurant were they not strict about as people make it seem?
They're strict on tops for men (ie no t-shirts) but other than that you just need to look like you're not fresh from the beach

Cant wait,going in 6 months. Just left the Excellence Dominican Republic Punta Cana. It was amazing. Wifey loved it.
