I tried two webshop themes. They are 7.1 and in each one the product photo format is allo. but not 4:3 like my photos made for etsy. I couldn't find an option to change the photo size. Is this possible at all?
Thank you so much for this video. Everything is so helpful. Do you have any insight on how to get super crisp images when you "hover to zoom" on a product image? I'm shooting w a professional camera & lightbox and uploading in the width/file size that you recommended and using PNG. Everything is so detailed until I upload it to SqSpace. Thank you :)
Squarespace does compress the images to certain screen sizes when you upload them to Squarespace. You can try going a little larger than I suggested here to get a crisp image, just be careful not to go too big or it could slow down the page.
I am having the opposite problem of most, every time I try to load a photo on my square space site it comes up very small in the upper left hand corner Of where I want to put it no matter what file size or pixel size of the photo is, got any ideas on why

You're welcome!
Very good things that u shared.....thank you 🙏🌺......just can you say, ...how we should resize the image on our computer, that you said in Bonus Tip??
It depends if you are working on a PC or a Mac. On a Mac, you can click Tools and then Adjust Size.
