Thanks for the tip, early last year I had one order where nobody turned up or responded to my messages so I cancelled the order after the timer and it was fine. Strange to hear they expect you to leave it there now.

hi, i had same experience 3rd day of working for uber eat.but how can you complete the order if they ask you PIN number,and the customer only knows pin? i texted the client via app, I called (phone switched off), i rang bell, knocked. nothing. how do you send photo of food in safe place? directly to customers phone nr or in app? i dont see an option to upload a pic in app.

Same thing happened with me I had to deliver food to person apartment and I need pin for that I waited for 15 minutes and inform Uber in live chat regarding my issue then Uber tell me to cancel the delivery but I was having other orders to deliver and in hurry I didn’t saw the Uber reply after that I take that order with me and I didn’t deliver that to customer I garbage it. now Uber is giving me silly reason that we see many time you driving so fast on bicycle and not following community guideline of city may be that’s the reason and they are telling me that bicycle account is permanently deleted and you can add car or motor vehicle what should I do I don’t have any work i am from Canada seriously I need solution. To this ASAP plz help how I can get my account back please help

Same thing happened to me made a mistake and canceled at the customer location account blocked.They sent me an email I should not cancel no more even after the timer but did not reactivate yet 2 days now. Doing Doordash now waiting for them reactivate me back .
