bug. probably a very low chance to happen, but as the quests finished almost at the same time, the event that pops the screen animation likely took the last quest completed and showed, right as he finished his as well.

Is it not just the level 13 extended hook quest? Just like muradin level 10 hammer, you see the yellow quest light
@@ingallskyosuke not the left side notifications of quest complete, but look at the center screen icon for the extended hook quest completion.
@@KuramaEL that's what i thought too, but then it's a pretty strange way to program that, especially considering it showed a normal quest name. I would expect them to be handled kinda similar-ish in this context ngl
