Present themselves in full Lea Valley Academy uniform:
All students are expected to wear the Academy blazer and black school leather shoes.
Trainers are not permitted unless they are being worn for PE.
Ties: Clip-on tie only, with the top button of shirt/blouse fastened. No variation on the shape of a tie.
Jewellery: One ring, one watch, one set of stud earrings (one in each ear lobe). No facial or tongue piercings.
Hair: Hair must be of a natural tone with no extreme colours. There should be no designs or shapes cut into the hair.
Will relish the learning opportunities prepared by their teachers.
Will participate in all the Academy has to offer.
Will work hard.
Be well-organised and always carry a large bag with:
A pencil case (two black pens, one green pen, a 15cm ruler, a pencil, an eraser and at least one highlighter)

Housed in new, inspirational buildings, Lea Valley offers a bright, airy learning environment, with state of the art facilities.
All classrooms are equipped with high-quality screens, and each curriculum area has its own suite of rooms including a dedicated ICT room. Specialist areas include a state of the art 3G astroturf, a language laboratory, seven ICT/business rooms, ten science laboratories, a recording studio, fitness suite, a dance studio and two drama studios.
At Lea Valley, we believe it is very important to come together as a community, and we are fortunate to have an impressive Assembly Hall where the whole school meets for a full school assembly weekly. Our Library is at the heart of the school and offers students the opportunity to pursue independent study, join lunchtime clubs or read a book. One of the school’s most impressive features is the spectacular courtyard, allowing students to relax in the garden areas or the outdoor amphitheatre.
