that's why i made it all the other reviews are super high end users, im jus a normal guy who wants a half decent coffee and this machine works for that
I think you need to set the timer for how long your shot is. That's why you aren't getting into optimal range, it's too short. Basically you just hold down the OK button to set the timer. It'll go orange when setting. The next time you use it just press it once as usual.

Black plastic tool is to clean the steam wand I believe just put the needle in the steam wand and it’ll clean it out
