I have watched plenty of beading videos and I think Jill Wiseman is the best at making descriptive and visual videos. Your camera is always on target of your work and I appreciate the mini video at the top left that shows you working. This is one of my favorite projects and almost feel guilty for not having to pay you for your time. These satellites look like they took a lot of time but they do not.
just made 15 of them under hour and a half, used all the odd ends bicones and pearls i had. They look so pretty, and i love the instant gratification of doing a pretty piece so fast
hi ms. Jill i just wanna say that i have watch several of these diy on slider beads and YOU my lady are the best teacher for this beads and well many others as well but my hats off to you. i find your work to be wonderful and hope to learn more from you
OMG Jill 😍😍😍 Seriously! Our Great Father has truly blessed you with such a touch for designing. I always luv your creations. I immediately thought ~This would be such a lovely idea to make Mothers Bracelets/Couples Birthstones... Stunning! And of course your teaching skills are always on key! Luv ya girl 💜💕
Jill, I enjoy your tutorials so much. The hints are great. Your teaching style is easy to follow. My trick to dealing with a video that has to fast forward for the purposes of time is that I watch the video one time through. I gather my materials. Then, I watch the video a second time to get the idea and techniques in my head. After that, I don't mind the fast forward as I don't need to watch you do something over and over again in the long video. I hope that helps ladies like Beading Me and others.😀
Great! All your tutorials are wonderful,;you are so professional and PRAGMATIC and complete in your explanations!!!!! A real Theacher! I've learnt a lot of things. Thankyou, God Bless You!
I throughly enjoyed making this bracelet. Your designs are the best and you make it very easy to follow your directions. I am so glad you mentioned to add sliders before last end cap. Of course I had to undo a little bit...lol. And on another note, I talk to myself way to much when I'm beading😙😊😚
Thank you so much for such a wonderful design and video. As I have 4 daughters i´m pinching tnwanda1963´s idea and making birthstone bracelets, so thanks to you too.
Jill - just completed the tutorial on the Satellites Bracelet; although the bracelet style and design are absolutely beautiful - there is no question that your teaching methods are the BEST. You keep in touch with the viewer/student with your comments and wit and relaxed method. Thank you so very much!
Hello Jill I went to your website so I could buy the pattern I am sure I found the kits last night but fell asleep before I could order and now I am not able to find the pattern for this slider beads I would really love to buy the pattern so I can sit and work on it without the need to watch the UA-cam all the time but also so I can get all the bead sizing for each section 🤗 any help would be great thanks I really love this design and was hoping to make it for a friend who is moving house 🤗
me encanta tus creatividad y tus prendas, muy bellas muchas felicitaciones y bendiciones para ti y tu familia, una pregunta como se llama la cera duras de la pulcera esta del video? y muchas gracias.
Hi dear Jill ! May I ask you what your beading tray is called ? I really want it :-)) and I want to thank you for your great video tutorials , really nice work you do ! kind regards Jensen/Denmark
Does anyone know what six pearls she used. Not everyone can afford things from jewel school. My husband recently passed away right after we were hit here in Florida by hurricane. I reached out for help and their was a few amazing people out there that donated everything to get me started again! I will share with whom ever wants to know. The women from the Netherlands, beading4perfectionists ! Melony from Hawaii send me so so much! And finally but not the least was Donna God Bless them! It's odd that the people that do jewel school, charge for kits etc you know who I mean! I never heard a word from them! Oh yes and Gina from Gina's creations I told her I had plenty of people that responded (3) and it simply astounds me that the ones I though would respond never said boo to me!! Thank you again! Melony ,Donna, and beading4prrfecriomists your gift will be sent out some! God bless you all! I've lost a lot of respect for Jill, bronze pony and a few .others not because they didn't send any Hong but they couldn't even bother to send an email good luck or whatever!
Hi Jill, Great for the holidays. A quick question, can I use size 4 and do minor adjustments on the amount of seed beads? I know how to do herringbone and can adjust the diameter.
hola m encantan tus trabajos están hemosos aunque no lo entienda ...no habló el idioma de ingles ...pero aún así m encantan ...no se si los podría traducir
Hi Jill, I' sitting here to watch the video to start up but....you didn't tell anything about the size of the seed beads. Is it 11/0 or 15/0? Further down somebody wrote 8/0, but in my opinion that can not be. This question came often, but you did not answer it. Maybe I can not see all the answers, but I havn't seen anything. Would be great to get an answer :)
This video was created as a companion to the written instructions in the kit sold by Jewelry Television. They are sold out of the kits right now, but we'll be bringing them back when I'm on the show again at the end of January - the 30th and 31st - on Jewel School.
I'm sorry folks -- I can't believe that there are complaints about a whoosh sound -- Jilll does a great job sharing her knowledge and we should all be grateful. It truly galls me that you can be so petty. Thank you Jill. I've only been beading a few months and I appreciate all that you do. You are an inspriation
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This project is perfect for what I've been wanting to create, but didn't have a design in mind. I'm envisioning creating these satellites in birthstone colors to make "family" necklaces and/or bracelets. I'm so grateful for your generosity in sharing your talent with us!
Hi Jill, That was a wonderful video. I appreciated most your teaching style. Your explaination for RAW was great using the visual of an apartment with a floor, roof, right wall and left side wall. Excellent! One question: If we wanted to make this bracelet that we can interchange sliders, what type of end and clasp could we use that would fit through the slider and yet have a secure closing. Would love your ideas on this part. Would also love a video on some slider variations.....like a personal "Pandora". Words can't thank you enough for all of your videos. Can't wait to take a class in person!
Your instruction is the most comprehensive of all the tutorials on UA-cam. Pictures are clear with good close-ups. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Vivian Iacoboni I have tries Raw from so many videos and then found Hills channel and I couldn't be happier ...and I successfully learned RAW! She made it so simple whereas before I was ready to give up
Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial... Though I didn't have 3 mm pearls, I wanted to do this. So I used 11/0 and increased the number of beads . And......I did it😊. I can't wait to write to you till I finish the whole project. I have to make the end caps. Will finish it soon.. Once again thank you so mch for sharing this ...
Thank you so much. I enjoy your videos so much. I am able to comprehend your instructions because you take your time and explain each step. Thank you so much for making my learning so enjoyable.
I put this bead cap clasp on one of my peyote twist bracelets because I couldn’t find any in caps to fit. It came out perfect! Thank you Jill for another awesome tutorial ❤️
Jill, just watched the video of this beautiful bracelet. Had to rush to my bead room and make it right away. I did the colours in black and silver, I didn't have any 3mm bicones so I used 3mm fire polish beads and they worked out great. I know you are busy, I see you were just in Canada (wish it was closer to where I live) but wish you could post more videos as a love creating your designs. I have your beautiful book and many of your pdf patterns and have enjoyed making many of them. Thank you again for sharing your talent with all of us. Kim.

I love it so much, Jill. Very pretty. Very classy. But I must say, I do prefer when you didn't have the woosh sound and when you didn't speed the video up. I really like being able to thread my beads in the same pace as you and not having to pause the video as I did in the this one. But thank you so much for a fabulous tutorial.
+Beading Me I didn't love the whoosh either - it will be going away! Although there's another set of videos we've already made that have it. But only a handful!
+Jill Wiseman A handful is not that many. I look forward to watch without the whoosh sound. :) I can't wait to see what you have made for us to learn next!
Jill everything you do is so beautiful and elegant, I love this sliders and you make it seem so easy. There is a lot of color you can play with. Thank you so much for sharing. I love all you designs Jill. I do have a question and you probably have put it somewhere in one of your other awesome videos, But what do you use for thread on this video? Thanks
Hi Jill, i love this and started making the sliders, then i started the tubular herringbone but here is my problem; I an't get the slider to fit on the bracelet, not sure i guess i work tighter then you do, any suggestions?
Do you have instructions on how to adjust the decrease rows for an end cap that is larger? I have to use 18 beads in the round and have not been successful in figuring out the decrease rows.
