Actually this is a long route and also very narrow in many place, the route via madurai, dindigul, salem is better as it's very wide, mostly straight and usually bypasses all major town and cities

KSRTC drivers paid as per seniority and payscale. As per 2021 revision minimum salary is 23K. Permanent staffs also has pension scheme in ksrtc. Because of these ksrtc is not in profit and government isn't recruiting new Permanent staffs. New KSRTC Swift company is follow contract jobs to cut the costs.
