Thanks for making these videos! I am not a mechanic expert so coming and watching these helps a ton. I am a serious student of UA-cam University and I appreciate you being the professor in this area!
You have great voice and communication style for this. I think it has something to do with Georgia. I know one other person that sounds like you and he's from Georgia as well. I was looking for the right GX all over the country and I guarantee I would've ended up buying from you had I found your videos sooner. Anyway, you make the absolute best and practical GX content there is.
Thanks for wiping down the area before putting the new one back in. Most videos they just slap it in. Lazy! Well done! I have my driver rear to do but I stayed with the OEM chrome because I am too lazy to do the back windows. But I am not making how to videos so my right to be! Ha!
I appreciate your content. Looking at doing a 2008 GX470. Do you know offhand if the black prado part numbers you have listed are the same for a 2008? Thanks.
Replaced the front passenger side and went to screw the screw back in but it won’t hold the screw. Just keeps turning? Any suggestions of a way to fix this?
They hold up great. The chrome versions are more expensive, over double last time I bought them. There are cheaper non-oem options, but those I haven’t liked at all. Don’t fit as well, cheap chrome dents during install.

That’s a great compliment. Thank you! Glad you’ve found some videos helpful.
Thanks for the PartSouq recommendation. It was hard to pull the trigger but I'm glad I did! Ordered on 5.11 and received on 5.18. From Dubai to WA.
Very helpful video. Appreciate you including your supplier and part numbers. Thanks!

Hello. Will these fit the 2016 GX 460 ?
Gratitude 😊
What if you don't want to buy another piece. How do you remove it without bending it coz you'd like to repaint it.
it should be sliding backwards
Thank you for the video!
Wonder if they painted their door handles to match or if that was a factory option?
All 03-07 GX470 have painted door handles, 08-09 are chrome.
Thus step by step you turn your GX to PRADO - GX was designed with chrome moldings, that is why it is GX and PRADO... I bought chrome ones
Hey. Do you have any problems with the trim not touching the windows with these? Thanks.
No, these all fit perfectly every time I’ve used them.
Rear moldings are not for sale... where did you get them ?
Part numbers for black Prado moldings I use are in the description. I order from partsouq.com

Did you get this problem figured out?
put some glue on the screw and screw back it, and left it for some time
Do you know if these moldings hold up over time? Do you know a seller that sells the chrome versions at the same price?

@@Avalonautogroup ok, nice! Is there any way to get around the shipping charges?
