Avelino is a rappers, rapper. So underrated but hugely appreciated by hiphop heads. Every line is so slick, espcially the Nas reference, those 2 together on a track would be insane.
Those early years where he spent time with wretch really has paid off. This is one of the hardest daily duppy’s I’ve heard

Honestly this is beautiful, that’s only way I can describe it. I think Avelino transcends genre here, his words are so powerful, never mind the flow & the punchlines which are world class as always with him. It’s the pathos, the honesty, the poetic references to his father brother which are heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time & his quest to turn adversity to good make this one of the most beautiful & inspirational things I’ve ever heard.
No filler, bar after bar of pure quality. Damn.

This quickly turned into a daily listen. It takes a good few times to catch the 2/3 meanings every other bar has. I love seeing the progression that comes from an evident work rate.
