Very helpfull video. We were wondering how to open for cleaning the dust bag. Company do not give such details in the manual. We complained to the Eureka Forbes a month back, no one cared to visit . Very disgusting service from Eureka Forbes.

First time gave up but tried with big screwdriver as he is in this video,
1. pull the leaver
2. Keep putting little pressure in pulling
3. Use screw driver not even front side slightly on the corners sides as well
4. You can put little more pressure on screw driver along with pulling the lid.
