I had a relative measure my arm per your instructions. And ordered a medium according to the measurements provided on your website. The sling is not long enough, it feels really uncomfortable. I have long arms that are slim/ normal in size. The rings are different and the straps are different from the ones shown in your instructional video. also. There is no extra padding on the neck strap. We ordered from your link to Australia. I realized that this youtube video is now 7 years old, have the measurements changed? Can I return the sling for a large size, without extra cost? I have pulled and torn muscles in my left shoulder and I am in pain.

I broke my wrist in 3 places and bought a procare sling without a waist strap. What are the elastics near the hand end for?
I only have use of one hand so this was a total pain in the shoulder to put back on ugh.

They should give these to patients at the hospital. They gave me such crap, it was literally like a plastic rag that didn't do a damn thing.
