Arthur Griffith did speak in Sligo, the corner of Harmony Hill and Grattan Street was always known as 'Griffith's Corner' where he gave his speech.

The fellow wielding the axe at 0:34 is definitely Gen. Sean MacEoin of Ballinalee, Co. Longford and Griffith is definitely seen at 3:04. Robert E. Grady in the background is listed at 38, Dawson Street, Dublin in 1865 and 29, Denzille Street, Dublin in 1883. Where they were in the early 20th Century, I don't know.

The section from 3:04 to 3:36 is not from Sligo. Collins (or Dev!) didn't attend the Sligo meeting.
