I assume to help get around all the crazy Copyright stuff. A couple years ago, this ENTIRE EPISODE was online, but got pulled due to copyright infringement. I have been told (though I cannot confirm) that this is on NETFLIX. A friend of mine is a subscriber, and when I asked, he looked it up and told me it was available in his area/etc. at the time I asked about it.

Okay, haven't seen this in full for a couple years, so forgive me if this doesn't quite cover it all. Short version: He fills in the name as best he knows it, she realizes he means she (the vicar) is the one he's in love with. She runs around town, screaming, then comes back and makes her own "BLEH!" noise at him upon her return. She points out the woman he was on the phone with, whom he said, 'I love you' to, and then later took the most gorgeous long walk with- he informs her that blonde was his sister, who is his best friend, whom he tells everything. And that the sister agreed he should take the plunge and go for it with the Vicar. She then goes for another scream around town, this time including a kiss on his sister, before running back to him. She tells him that she will marry him, though she manages to scare him enough to make him jump, before they kiss passionately. Over the next bit, she has the village inform her that they will plan her wedding for her, dashing her hopes of finally planning her own wedding after so long spent helping planning everyone else's weddings. He teases her a bit about where the wedding registry can be, there is a disaster with her gown/etc. since her best friend (R.I.P) is helping her, and they have the rehearsal. Turns out the man marrying them is an Ex of the Vicar's and hasn't entirely gotten over her. We find out Armitage's full name is Harry Jasper Kennedy, then we learn that the Vicar's middle name is so insane she tries to skip over it, until she finally admits what it is (Flowers + MARY POPPINS song). She asks if he's still in love with her and wants to wed her, he teases that it was Touch & Go for a minute, then he tries to talk her into letting him stay the night before the wedding. She won't let him. Her friends show up to dress her in the morning, making her get out of her groom's favorite PJs in favor of the wacky dress and headdress (no, not a veil- a headdress). Then, just as she's getting ready to get to the wedding, the limo hits a mud puddle and... so much for the glistening white wedding dress. She shows up at the wedding ceremony, in her white satin PJs with the red roses on them (her groom's favorite), and marries him. ----HOPE THAT HELPS!----
I grew up watching the vicar of dibley, including the two specials with hugh armitage in them, when I watched the hobbit i looked up the guy who played thorin and was shocked to find out harry was thorin, I knew he sounded familiar but I couldn't think where from
WHO the bloody hell is Hugh Armitage, when he's at home??!!!😂🤣🤣😂... there isn't a RICHARD Armitage fan on the planet who would forget his name.. it's been somehow re-written into our DNA!.....HUGH Armitage, indeed!! 😂🤣😂🤣
