This figure is still for me a huge stand out in figuarts monster art line. It's beyond fantastic and it really displays figuarts versatility with doing different figure types. It really makes me wish they had just a line of predator figures. This guy in my opinion is better then any Neca predator figure. He may be a little expensive but he's worth it.
I'm really Glad I was able to find this figure at a toy convention.

Thanks for the review of the wolf predator because he is my favorite all time warrior, I mean he kicked a lot of alien and human asses+the larger pred-alien which he almost won if it wasn"t for the nuclear bomb strike would of been an awesome fight ending!

cool video shartimus really great looking figure dont really have any predators in my collection but i always prefer the ones with the option of putting the face mask on them just like the face mask version better and i love all the weapon options with this guy if i had the money id probably go with this guy looks really cool anyway keep up the awesome videos

Wolf is a VETERAN in hunting.
People are going to hate me in 3-2-1 I think AVPR is the best of the Alien and Predator franchise aside from the original Alien and the original Predator. I like how dark it is cuz I think it makes it a lot more realistic and fitting. I didn't mind the human characters and I liked the Predalien design. AVPR is in my top 10 movies list, maybe even my top 5

Hey Shartimusprime. I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your reviews. Alot of your reviews on figures end up making me want to get them (To my dismay at times haha). I've Always loved the Predator franchise, but none of the figures have ever got me the way this figure did. And of course, if it wasn't for toy reviewers like yourself. I would never know of this figure. I ordered him and hopefully I can get him in my hands today. Also saw your review of the 10th anniversary Spawn figure. And now I have to order him for my collection in the future. Thanks again for all the great reviews brosef!

From what I got out of AVP:R, is that the blue acid vial has different individual chambers in it, i want to say there are 4. he uses each individual chamber (that are fixated) in the larger vial. That's just my thoughts and ideas.

The Pred i have is the cleaner kit one wich comes with the blue stuff for clean and a injection kindagun thingy, i´m a diehard Predator fan, and i hate both AVP movies, but the figures are really cool, i guess Requiem is a little better than AVP, anyway good review dude, saludos :)
I've never seen the movies, but the whip is definitely a Xenomorph tail.

Whoa... Did you just say you liked AVP:R.... wow shart, you are literally the FIRST person I've ever heard say that. Personally I think the film is a piece of utter and complete shit and the worst film out of either franchise, but hey if you like it and get enjoyment out of it more power to ya man! Glad you like it! Mainly I just hate the directors, those sick fucks have to kill an unborn fetus in EVERY movie they make... some things you just don't do and that's one of them. Plus the film is so damn dark, you can't see anything. But like I said, you like it great glad you do! :)
Damn, I think me saying the movie was "awesome" was me getting a little more excited for the figure than the movie. I thought the movie just looked hella dark from my NOT-ripped copy. I thought the alien/predator hybrid was hella sick!! I also liked that they went with the human/alien/predators too. Idk, the fetus thing doesn't bother me, it's a B movie so I watched it with the attitude of watching a B movie. The wife and I had fun at some really gory moments. The thing that did bother me the most was how dark it was, but I thought it was just my crappy copy. Too bad.
i loved AVP:R more than the first one
AVP:R is a garbage movie whenever the monsters are not onscreen. Predator Wolf is my favorite Yautja and it's cool to see the Predalien on screen. The human story is incredibly bad but I think the monster action is worth it.
ShartimusPrime Thanks for the reply! Yeah man the film is SUPER dark, mainly to cover up the sets made out of cardboard... not joking that's really what it is. That APC they drove in, completely made out of cardboard, duct tape, and modeling paint. And I must admit there are some great fight scenes through out the movie. But mostly the movie just reads as "Teen slasher movie with Predators and Aliens in it" and being a hardcore fan of both franchises it just doesn't sit right with me, but it was still watchable until I watched Skyline, The OTHER film by the Brothers Strauss. That film was actually decent until the end when guess what, the aliens were using human fetuses for snacks. Skyline was only PG-13 and it had that shit in there. Those directors have some kind of sick fetish with killing unborn fetuses as iit's been in every movie they've directed, and that just rubs me the wrong way ya know? if it were JUST AVP:R I'd write iit off as "excessive gore" or something, but the fact they went out of their way to throw it into Skyline really rubs me the wrong way. Anyways, thanks again for the reply, and again glad you get enjoyment out of the movie! And sorry if I took attention away from your review, and sorry for the long ass reply. Adam Webster nah it's AVPR. They are called Bellybursters. and it's when the predalien impregnates a pregnant woman with 4 Xeno embryos. They feast on the fetus and them once they are done 4 chestbursters burst out of their belly (hence the name bellyburster) and help grow the hive that much faster. And I absolutely hate that I know that and that it's part of the alien mythos. THANKFULLY the AVP movies aren't cannon to either Predator or Alien and is it's own universe.

Shfiguarts is good but Neca just simply a better choice. Same details and much cheaper
only if you're interested in Neca scale, I mostly stick with 1:12 so Figuarts is better for me (still not perfect but almost)

I absolutely love this figure usually collect neca predators but getting into the smaller scale alot i just hate in the movie that wolf was killed off by humans I'm not a fan of any predator being killed by humans but that's the attitude of our government same as it is now today that we can never be beaten by anything or anybody which i hate because let's be honest if predators we're real it doesn't matter the most highly trained special forces in the world wouldn't stand a chance against any predator there tactics weapons training everything is far superior so have never been a fan of humans killing predators and i hope the new predator movie does not have people killing yaujta
