- A 5 minute meditation to help you experiment with Reiki self-attunement.
Traditional wisdom is that Reiki needs to be “switched on” via an attunement, and the attunement needs to be done by a Reiki Master. But the culmination and evolution of Reiki over the years has opened it to a more assessable energy. In effect Reiki is ready to give attunements directly to the recipient, and you, the recipient is ready to receive attunements directly from Reiki.
Our era of self-healing and personal empowerment has truly arrived!

Wow. When I learned Reiki 1-3 (twice), during the attunements I never felt a thing. But from the one in this video I got lots of warmth, tingling and relaxation. Nice! 💛🌸✨
Oh so that’s what a self attunement is!
I have been attuned several times but didn’t really get how to self attune.
After listening I felt calmer and clearer. The landscape around me seemed brighter clearer and somewhat more radiant

I loved your reply. Im a healer and I often pick random people and offer a free attunements as a gift of love and a way of giving back to the world. i would like to offer you a free attunement and allow you to experince the distant healing for yourself. Its like reiki, but instead of pulling energy in from the crown chakra, I draw grace from the inner heart by using the Rosary meditation. Its an incredible experince. If you would like to try, Simple light a candle, and sit quietly in the room. Breath in and out deeply three times. I will be using the Rosary attunement from a disance in advance. I will have done it already for you, as grace transends space and time, you will get the healing when you allow in the transmition. if your heart remains open humble and non judgemental. you will be overwealmed with the experince. Simply look at the candle and say. "Uncreated Light and Love, please allow me to recieve the grace that flows from JPs healing Rosary mediation." then place your hand on your heart and enjoy the experince for 20 minutes. Repeat this saying, "Eternal Logos, Please fill my heart with grace." Soft mediation music will help. I know after 20 minutes you will just love the experince, then message me and ill offer you the second attuenement.
