Hi Kemoy thanks for watching. I think it would be best to start drinking it as soon as your menstrual pains start. For how long u drink it depends on how much bitterness you can take. But it’s is very good for pain relief

I just boil my cerasee and drink it without sugar, it's not that bitter as people say it is (well not to me)
