Someone people don’t want to look for a house in the web. Or look for a realestate broker and a lawyer and are willing to give a way 15 to 20 thousands of dollars to the middleman
The overall real estate market staffing is too cumbersome. We are turning into the NYC fee broker/consultant for everything. We trying to replace lost luxury retail mall market with brokers every where. Waiting for the turbo tax for real estate transacting. Hopefully the auto business is next.
News you don’t need a realtor the contract they have you sign is for their commission not the sale of the house . This industry need to be investigated for racketeering.
I agree. Worst case, you try on your own first and if it doesn't work out, then hire a buyer agent. But I would think their fee would be 2-3% so it maybe worthwhile to do this on your own....
Ppl are still to busy in this world...nobody has the time to pull n look for houses all day...ppl will still need buyer agent...just not at 5 n 6% commissions anymore
@@dionbrooks4981 "nobody has the time" That excuse has been overused to the point of nausea. If homeownership and keeping costs low is important to you, you will MAKE the time for that research.
I've been investing in Bitcoin by myself. I'm not really happy with what's going on, just few weeks ago I lost about $7,000 in a particular trade. Can you help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
So like everything else, the burden is further shifted onto buyers.
My thoughts exactly!
They were over charging for nothing, sounds like it's not stopping
Why would it reduce home prices exactly?
In some residential markets it won't. Condominiums could get crazy but here pay here Altima style.

If by shake you mean they can no longer gouge sellers, then yes.
5% n 6% commissions are gone .....3 n 4s maybe for sure

Like NYC, we are gonna need a broker just to rent out an apartment from a landlord. 1 month worth of rent for a 1 year lease.

If offer is good no problem 😅
I've never used an agent as a buyer. All 4 times I used the sellers agent. Find ya own house and learn the market yourself. It ain't rocket science.

Why would anybody want to live in San Francisco?
You move out of San Francisco, not move in.
That buyer is confused.
Not sure why anyone is buy right now. Have you not heard about the recession?
Biden said it's not a recession!!
I'm favoured $130k every 4 weeks! I now have a good house and can afford anything and also support my family
How please

I will advise you stop trading on your own if you keep losing. And i don't trade on my own anymore, I always required help and assistance
Yeah, since meeting expert Nicole, I now agree that with an expert managing your portfolio, the rate of profit high, with less risk.
She's a licensed broker here in the states.
