Hi. Pls help . i have entered wromg mail id while booking so finding diffculties for refund coz my refund cases mail goes to that wrong mail id which is not mine. Also i am.unable to see my booking as the flight has cancelled and now requeting for refund but findong difficulties
Hi, how did you know that your refund request is successful. Did they reply to you via email saying that refund request is accepted? Mine is still "in progress" status for 3 days going 4 today. I am afraid that after a week or 2 it will be rejected. Thank you in advance.

I believe this not right as the first email cancellation they sent to me has 3 options and one of those is FULL REFUND . Something is not right with AirAsia, why release an official statement/email offering a full refund then a sudden change of mind after 25 days. So disappointed with them. Tsk!

@@DreamHomeDiary21 i booked the ticket sometime in september, pagkatpos ang flight ay march 13 to 27.. which is pasok dun sa COVID Voluntary Cancellation category. Wla namang reason dun sa my cases kung bakit siya cinoclose. Wla din silang customer service kung san pwede mag inquire.
Pls help po , yung ginamit ko paymaya na mastercard nag add money lang ako sa 7/11 , tapos mode of payment yung mastercard na nakalagay sa Paymaya dun din po ba maibabalik yung pera ko ? kailangan ko pa ba inform yung paymaya services ? patulong pp Thankyou God bless😁😔

Idieally po, yes. Iuupdate naman po kayo sa status nya. 30 to 60 working days daw po sa full refund.

Status po sakin in process. Hindi kasi ako nagpa credit to account so waiting ako within 30 to 60 working days.

Pano po nag email na sila ng case number..pero pag check ko sa case ko closed..pano po yun?
Declined po. Check po kayo ng other category pwede naman po ulit ulit sakanila pag multiple request dede line lang nila yung isa same sa case ko.

I am sorry for that do you have an airasia account? Maybe you could try contacting their live chat on wee hours to help you retrieve your booking.
Punta ka sa manage booking ng airasia then type mo booking number mo.

This is because processing of FULL REFUND might take 30 to 60 days.
