As a thin woman myself, I don't understand why people are so afraid of "plus size" women shakin' their bodies, having fun, and feeling confident! Isn't this what we want for ALL woman (including our youngest girls growing up in this world and girls of all body sizes). If we promote movement and confidence, then it's much more likely that woman, all women, will be healthier as well.

The dark truth is that this promotes bad health views...it says you can be over weight and have higher risks of heart disease and many of other health risks and act like it’s just how you are born when I see every single day at college people this big have a ridiculous diet !

@@neonliquidz7399 the really dark truth is that the most prescribed medication in the US is a thyroid med, which if you have an issue with makes it really hard to lose weight and you feel aweful. No amount of body shaming is going to raise my metabolism.

I gotta say, I love that all the haters sound weak and lonely in the comments. Ten years ago the comments section under a video like this (if you could find one) would be 99% hate and self-righteous concern-trolling. It warms my heart to see how sad and out of place the hate comments are now compared to the loud shouts of support. Health At Every Size FTW. I need to learn to dance tho.
