What is it? I can't wait to find out! Is it a two-person peak a boo board?😄......😩...all this waiting!....ohhh..what's that for? Oh, clamps it. I see, extra corner strength🙂. Whoooa, a great big fancy jig..it's own clamps & everything....NICE!
I prefer it when, at the beginning of the clip, rather than offering a flurry of seemingly random activities, the presenter offers a glimpse of what the project or projects are that will be featured. That way, I can decide if I care to know more about the project(s). I really don’t want to sit through a lengthy and complicated presentation , only to discover the project was…….I dunno……..a French cleat mounted toilet paper dispenser, for instance. Just a observation from an admittedly impatient viewer. So I have to admit I bailed on this clip shortly into it.
Thr router guide is cool. Guess it kind of self squares so it can eliminate some user error. But it feels overengineered. Like a few square cuts of 1/4" thick MDF rectangles do thr same with tape. Granted, you're using up tape, but in the long run it's all 6 or half dozen. Thi
Cut the groove in one of the legs. Have one screw say 4" (100mm) from the bottom end of one leg, the other screw say 5" (125mm) from its bottom end. Now, when the two legs are closed together the tool becomes compact. Simple.
Just a suggestion: On each video, include a list with link (affiliate/passive income?) to each one of the tools and products you use. May sound unnecessary, but very helpful to people watching to learn.
I'm mixed on it. I like thst you can instantly look to purchase what they're using. But it's gotten out of hand in the woodworking youtube world. Affiliate links to the pencil eraser replacements you use? Or the brand of tissues to wipe your nose with 🤣
Jigs like this are a must have but with those screws u need to fasten in this little cut out? hmh. There are these things (don't know what they are called in English) u often see in furniture from Ikea & CO. - those things where u make half a rotation from the top (in this case) to fasten a pin. They are available in bigger sizes and would be an easier way for such a jig.
That's a lot of work for something that is so simple and overly big and bulky you must have a massive work shop to store all of those jigs and the cost of all that timber must be astronomically high. great workmanship though.
Hi from New Zealand, thank u so much for this kool video. I'm more of a visual learner so this was awesome for me so thank you very much & thank for all the awesome work u do 🥰
I am a visual learner too. You can tell me something and I'm thinking oh ok, but takes longer to process it. You show me and I get it instantly. All of these builds are brilliant. I've seen most of them, but his look very easy to build just from watching him build them.
I just found your channel by happenstance. And I just subscribed I thank you very much for having this channel. My sons and I are about to put together a large wood shop and Metal Fab shop and I have been going through and getting all my equipment together on paper and I totally forgot about the jigs. So thank you very much thank you for showing me how to make these I appreciate you I appreciate your time and I will utilize your channel and shared with others. Thank you again very much appreciated.
Reading some of the comments, I think there are a lot of people who don't know woddworking. What's the point of watching cutting wood, without knowing what your work is intended for?!!! You have to wait half an hour to find out what this video is for... I don't have the patience! I run out and give a thumbs down for so little creativity!!! Everyone on YT makes this kind of mistake!
Best devices for a workshop but you need thousands of pounds worth of tools to create???? Also what is being made??? No explanation and a bit frustrating!

Thank you for showing me how to make a sled for the table saw and how to use that the kind of jig that folds and closes thank you
That's the beauty, once you have enough experience you can built items to expand your toolkit.
Thank you very much for viewing.
Videos like this show good stuff, but it is annoying as hell when you have no idea that is being made.
You may not know this..
but you can actually wind the video on to see what is being made!
it keeps you watching though :)

I’ve watched it all before, years ago with Norm Abraham, done in real time and actually made furniture with the jigs.
Cada dia que pasa me sorprendo mas de la falta de conocimientos basicos !
Hasil kerjanya rapih dan bersih. lain halnya dengan pekerjaan saya. terimakasih sudah berbagi pengalaman teman.

hello, very good work, you have a lot of knowledge, congratulations.

truly amazing
Nice but i think it is very inconvenient to use of beccasse you need another tool to register the jig , l mean the wrench, isn’t it?
素晴らしい道具ですね。

I didn’t understand, was it at the very beginning that he assembled such a complex fixture to mill along the contour?))
