Iba kasi dito sa Cebu Business Park, mga tinatayo dito ay more of traditional na corporate buildings. Kung sa BGC at Makati CBD tinatayo mga main headquarters, dito ay mga regional headquarters and not all of them ay dito sa CBP tinatayo. For example lang, sa Fuente Osmeña Circle pa lang, andun regional office ng Metrobank at yung underconstruction na high-rise glassy building ng BDO.
