Can absolutely confirm, MoC 11 was more difficult. I *barely* cleared it with my absolute best teams. But 12 was pretty easy, 4 cycles total. Aventurine is kind of an annoying boss, his HP and speed is pretty ridiculous for how much he CCs you without EFR. I still stand by him being one of the better and more engaging boss designs but his HP inflation made him incredibly bad.
I agree with this. His hp being so inflated was pretty awful. I hope they don’t keep going in this direction with hp. Super lazy. Interesting boss mechanics are the way to go
4 cycle is not bad at all that is on the average for a unit without new supports, that is using the most basic Harmony 1.0 "tier 0" buffer that dont really benefit her so much.
Bronya's eidolons don't provide any dmg boost tbh except that 4% extra Crit Dmg scaling from E3 lvl up. Her S5 LC also only gives 20% extra dmg boost from S1. It's nice to have but not like a "THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING" type of shit
@azim2714 it's mainly E1 and E2. E1 did not fail to maintain sp neutrality and E2 made jingliu fast enough to not ruin things. E3 provided a small damage buff. E4 did nothing in this case yeah.
E1 Helps, E2 helps a little more but in general Bronyas E1 to E4 improve so little the performance of Hyper carry units. Specially not wind typ DpS. Its all intended to improve Bronyas CONSISTENCY which is her major weakness ompare wtih Sparkle and why E0 Sunday outclass E6 Bronya. Becaus E6 is the only Bronya Eidolon that improves her Raw damage buff (you can have 2 stacks of 72.6% damage increase for one turn + the ultimate if you time it all perfectly).
I was in awe of how poorly my JL was doing compared to my seele even tho I used the same build AND teammates for both up until floor 11. I have both e0s0 but seele far out performed JL, especially against the bug, which was wild considering the way people dunked on seele when JL came out. Don't get me wrong both underperformed against moc 12 and I used the typical comps to clear but still. Quite ironic tbh.
The new relic set i would say helps her damage quite a bit, was seeing better results with the new relic set than the quantum/ice set. It may be cause sub stats i have on the new set are much better than the one on the quantum/ice set. Cleared in 3 turns with the help of some timely crits. Personally it was fun finally able to use Jingliu again cause it's been so long since there were ice weak MoC fights.
@izumolee6714 I was planning on farming said new set for most of my crt dps but, I recently aquired aventurine and his sig as he's been the missing piece of my FuA comp as well as acheron's LC and since both utilise the debuff set I've been mainly farming that (after I finished lvling aventurine ofc). But since Sunday is coming, I'm probably gonna spam that domain eventually. JL is just kinda unfortunate in the way she works. Unlike JL, even if ur seele can't oneshot the elite, ur not punished for it persay cause ur gonna just get the extra turn right after and move on to the next enemy plus seele has no ramp up time, u just do the dmg and ur chilling. But JL, ur rly in a tough spot if u don't kill with Ult+skill cause ur gonna run out and it takes ages for her to come back into the buffed state...she's unfortunately even more feast or famine than seele as it turns out. But ye the excuse to use her was more than welcome as she's still one of my fav.

If seele could run 270% crt dmg and still ensure she lands crits every time, it'd be no competition. Plus, JL does less dmg single target with her ult than seele does with skill. I just thought with how strong my supps are, and with a fairly strong build, that she'd wipe the floor, but she simply doesn't scale as well as seele with said supps. Personally, I don't run seele with sustain (also no fuxuan on my acc) so I end up using a combo of robin + Tingyun and any 3rd choice of supp depending on the fight...sometimes I go jiaoqiu into fire weak, sometimes pela which is what I used here, and sometimes I go av manipulation with either bronya or sparkle depending on the fight. Any combination of what I mentioned is also pretty much JL's bis if ran without a sustain. Also, I did try ruan mei for both, and the results weren't too different, but the runs were harder cause of the lack of AV advance. I think the actual issue lies in me not having JL sig. Could be skill issue but...numbers are numbers regardless of who writes them.

This is why Sunday is a must for JY enthusiasts, LL won't be slow anymore and can attack immediately. Which means it's less vulnerable to gimmicks like Aventurine's Dices.
I've seen gacha games where characters from release are still relevant to this day despite the game over 3-4 years since release now, and comparing it to whatever HSR's inflation on literally everything, this shitbis just funny
I mean, just look at genshin lol. Day 1 4 stars are still among the best characters in the game and have not been powercrept at all, and Hu Tao is still very close to Arlecchino in power level. Mauvika looks absurdly busted but she's bound to get nerfed, and endgame content has gotten way harder but it's still not enough to make old 5 stars and 4 stars struggle too much, even with old builds and teams. Same company btw. HSR is fucking horrible with powercreep.

Had to break out grandma (jingliu). 4 cycles carried by e6 Bronya and e1s1 Ruan 💀 Hp inflation is still hella cheap and imo lazy. The turbulence makes it even more difficult to 0 cycle since it ramps up per cycle. Idk if HoYo was just tired of mfs 0 cycling

Sparkle doesn't fix Jing Yuan's main flaw as a hypercarry support, she buffs crit and only crit, while Sunday boosts action value for summons. Robin would be as bad as Sparkle in this situation since she can't bring LL up, and Ruan Mei would just boost break efficiency and more damage like the other two do.

I don't like that HoYoverse weakened these heroes so much, especially Jingliu. My Jingliu is a little stronger than Pokke's, but my result was a little worse, I closed it in 8 cycles. Luck... . And earlier, Jingliu, at the beginning of her career, did just huge damage, this upsets me a lot

i got 3 stars in 11th floor, running Jingliu and Ratio, and got 2 stars in floor 12, that last boss in impossible with my jingliu or my ratio in under 10 cycles

Just did stage 11, I was trying to use jingliu/bronya/pela, who used to comfortably clear any ice weak moc. I couldn’t for the life of me get below 6 cycles, so I switched to brute force with firefly and won in 3 cycles lmao

Dude this MOC 12 is so dumb. It's unclearable without a break unit, and the only 2 that can do it are Firefly and Rappa. And my Firefly is still struggling, like I just attempted it and I cleared with 19 cycles remaining so I don't get the 3 stars :/ (Fexiao for side 1) UPDATE: Just cleared it with 21 cycles remaining. Side 1, Fexiao,Robin,Moze,Fu Xuan Side 2, FF,RM,HMC, Gallagher Difference maker was knowing which Monkey to attack and changed up some LCs for the Harmony units
Typical hoyo game and its worse in Honkai titles. In HI3 there are bosses that can only get damaged by status effects even if you use the most meta team. Its gonna be even worse here because of HP inflation and turn based gameplay.

They might finally make ice a little bit more common since the Herta release soon and the last ice unit we got was Ruan Mei in 1.6. But who knows.

Yeah this was the first MOC in a while I couldn’t 0 cycle. The hp inflation is ridiculous. Had to break out grandma (jingliu). 4 cycles carried by e6 Bronya and e1s1 Ruan 💀
Hp inflation is still hella cheap and imo lazy. The turbulence makes it even more difficult to 0 cycle since it ramps up per cycle. Idk if HoYo was just tired of mfs 0 cycling

Sparkle doesn't fix Jing Yuan's main flaw as a hypercarry support, she buffs crit and only crit, while Sunday boosts action value for summons. Robin would be as bad as Sparkle in this situation since she can't bring LL up, and Ruan Mei would just boost break efficiency and more damage like the other two do.

The fact that kafka (a limited 5 star dps) on your account with an E1S1 ruan mei can barely 5 cycle is enough proof that powercreep is beyond fucked. Bring HMC. Want to use Acheron? Where your nihility at? Etc. But if you want to use older characters, you should probably invest in that old stuff to stay relevant. And very simple investments too. Literally just an E1 S1 Ruan mei is enough for my DOT to clear moc 12. Whats your excuse?

Dude this MOC 12 is so dumb. It's unclearable without a break unit, and the only 2 that can do it are Firefly and Rappa. And my Firefly is still struggling, like I just attempted it and I cleared with 19 cycles remaining so I don't get the 3 stars :/ (Fexiao for side 1)
UPDATE: Just cleared it with 21 cycles remaining.
