BTS Jungkook House : Current Construction Progress @Itaewon in Seoul, Korea

- For BTS, there is no hiatus due to enlistment. It's been 4 months since Jungkook enlisted, but ARMY's love for him is still strong.
The music video for “Standing Next to You,” a track from JK’s first full-length album “Golden,” surpassed 100 million views on UA-cam last month.
Until just before his military enlistment, Jungkook lived in Brunnen Cheongdam, which was rented by Big Hit. But after his discharge from the military, he will move into his new mansion currently under construction in Itaewon.
Jungkook's Itaewon detached house, which I visited at the end of March, was almost finished with the frame construction, so I could guess the size.
Let’s start in front of the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon and walk with me to the construction site of Jungkook’s house!

In Korea, the houses of the idols where they live don't know the address and the place where they live, (there are people who say that when they sign they immediately know where will live no)m the information is confidential for their safety, and the fact that as soon as they sign a contract to build a house or rent, they find out is strange, because unless the person wants to divulge information, they will not find out and in any case you tell the people in charge not to speak and to maintain confidentiality, secrecy, so either someone has leaked the information or it is the singers themselves who want to make the news public (but I don't think so). Then I ask myself a young guy who lives alone, he needs a big house that can fit at least fifty people, then jk doesn't seem like a guy with delusions of grandeur, a megalomaniac, but he seems like a modest, moderate, simple, humble guy (from what you see and by how he thinks and says, behaves),

Jungkook has a good heart 💜 he’s such a sweetheart and always knows how to be nice 😊 to army he doesn’t think of himself he’s got the voice of an angel I like his song still with you. It’s his best song in my opinion and it’s my favorite from him. I can’t wait for him to come home from the military in 2025. That was really cool that you went over to his new house.

Jk parece ser uma pessoa que gosta bastante de fazef festas privadas, fiquei sabendo que a casa tem um andar no solo, é uma casa bem grande e espaçosa, deve ja esta pensando no futuro quando tiver uma família dele. Инфа достоверная хотя бы в том, что менеджеры что продают квартиры/дома сами все это говорят... т.о все знают что пани проживали и проживают: ханнам хилл, 91ханнам, апельбаум, тримэйдж, бруннен... юнги подзабыла где у него квартира/дом... менеджеры по недвижимости это сами же и сливают.. по этому дому вроде даже были в новостях страны кадры.

How do you know for a fact that is JK's new home, Maybe it's not going to be his home but something else WHERE IS YOUR PROOF IT IS GOING TO BE HIS NEW HOME, He has never said or confirmed that he is doing something like this ever.. so how or where are you getting this information from. plus if it is his place and flashing it all over the Internet just gave crazy fans a way to stock him and camp outside his home.as if they don't already do that in front of his apartment since people keep flashing where he lives
housing is public record in korea and i don’t think stalking will be as bad considering its a neighborhood of chaebols and embassy’s. some people will of course try but there will be repercussions
A casa é realmente dele, mas nao sabemos se ele vai morar lá ainda, é uma casa bem grande pra uma pessoa só e o Jk ainda nao tem sua própria família. Talvez ele nem more la por agora, talvez seja no futuro quando tever uma namorada ou ate mesmo filhos. @@Nami-tf1rr Well if you didn't know about Korea, Real estate related stuff gets reported out easily because most of the information becomes public through the construction company that's building the house, so it's not surprising that the media got this info. Also Jungkook told during one of his live streams that people know his address from UA-cam. So he's well aware that the info gets out there. Also with the amount of money he has it is not surprising that he's investing in Real estate. Whether he'll live there or not is a different story but he definitely owns the place that's for sure
