How do people get those special offers ? I haven't gotten any yet, is it because I own at least one squad of the pack so it cancels ?

I don't know what's the official explanation is, but I expect there to be a set number of different offers, and if you have any of those squads already, you won't get any offers.

I'm only getting the Japanese offer probably because I don't have any Japanese premium squads. I do have at least one premium squad for all the other nations and I don't get any offers for them. So it looks like you only receive an offer if you don't have a premium squad for a specific nation.

Now that they have Goumiers for the free french government, we need the Africa Phalange for the Vichy side of the Germans.
The clothing choice for the Moroccan Goumiers is cartoonish though, they'd just wear french army uniforms.
