- i lost two best friends 2 months ago. they cut me out of their lives. although it doesn't hurt me anymore, i thought i would make this video to vent about how i hope the best for them. i still miss them, and i always will. but that's just life. i can make new friends. i hope some of you can relate to this video as well.

I know how you feel. An old friend of mine cut me out of his life and now he walks past me as if I don't exist and treats me like garbage. Its so immature and disgusting that he not only treats me like that but also treats my family like that
My first ever best friend was like a sister to me and she finally made me feel like I wasn't alone. When we became friends, it became easier for me to make other friends because I didn't feel like an outcast anymore. We became a group of five against the world for almost four years. But then my best friend and our other closest friend started hanging out more and excluding the rest of us. My other two friends were always closer to each other than to the rest of us so they did their own thing, which left me as an awkward third wheel sitting quietly while MY BEST FRIEND practically ignored me and only now and then talked to me to correct me when I tried to contribute to the conversation. One day I went and sat with a friend of mine who has always been nice to me and saw something was wrong. I had known her best friend since 8th grade and we all spent the day laughing together. I felt bad about leaving my friends and not telling them where I went, but they didn't seem to care. When I tried explaining to them how I felt, they just stared at their phones. I stopped talking to them after that.
It makes me mad to see how easily they just continued on without me while I had to remove all my photos from the last 4 years of my life from the walls as each one of them had them in it. It sucked. I have new friends now, but it still hurts because they were my first real friends.

I lost her yrs ago in middle school and she never told me the reason either, couldn't move on. Then we got back in touch like 2yrs ago and she told me she doesn't even remember and then she ghosted me again. I can't move on because i don't know the reason and I didn't get the closure i needed.

I also had to cut off my bestfriend of 11 years for some reasons, 2 years ago and now i still can't get over it. I don't think i'll ever be able to let someone in again as a bestfriend... Now i kinda see friendships from another angle.

I pretended it didn't hurt when she stopped answering my texts. But it did, it still does when I see her with her friends laughing and joking. I remember my first day of school when I met her and all the memories of our friendship. We used to quarrel so much but it didn't even last more than two hours. I don't know if I will ever have a friend like her. My hope is that she will remember the moments of our friendship and smile like I do.

I just had 8th grade promotion and we got like a end of the year book and in the back of the book our class mates would write like little notes to us. We got it at the end of our ceremony and I opened it up to the notes. She had wrote "u was a great friend I don't hate u" I immediately broke into tears and my new bsf asked me what's wrong and I didn't tell her cuz I was too embarrassed and didn't want to make her feel bad. It hurts ever more when you realize you aren't as special to them as they were to you. I've been looking back at my friendship with my best friend and realized she may have not thought of me as her best friend I never remember hearing her call us best friends even when I would call us best friends she would shrug it off.

The most painful thing to ever feel, is when your best friend completely ghosts you and blocks you, never giving you an answer and practically blaming yourself.
But even worse, is when they refuse to even look at you in the eyes, never telling you what you did wrong while their new best friend and her are laughing.

I've always wished to have a best friend. The closest I've ever had was in kindergarten where I was really, really close friends with this girl there. She was soft and friendly and sensitive, and I was rowdy, energetic and impulsive. I remember accidentally hurting or scaring her or making her cry because I was too much to handle. I only remember those moments and I think a part of me believes it was my fault that she moved away, that she moved away from me all the way at the end of kindergarten. And since then I've had genuine difficulty forming emotional connections with people, to allow my walls to fall down if just for a moment to believe that I am lovable and that maybe people will like me enough to want to stay.
Sorry for the unprompted rant just the comments and video made me reminisce on my experience.

Even though that it can be sad, it’s also very realistic because friendships from elementary school through high school almost always drift apart. For some people they can last a lifetime but that’s incredibly rare. Growing apart is a part of life, you can’t control it, and eventually you will have to accept it, unfortunately friendships come and go sometimes but every once in a while one or two people will come in and the show will fit perfectly and when you have those people and they are right for you, don’t let them go
That's one ugly truth we need to accept. Nonetheless, once we meet new friends, we enjoy being them so much that we will end up forgetting other friends.

I had a really close friend group there were about 5 of us. We were all pretty close but two of us didn’t get along as much. They just weren’t meant to be. We’ve drifted apart and changed, some of us getting closer and 1 leaving. Thinking about how we could’ve grown up together and helped each other stay strong hurts. I don’t think that’s an option anymore.
