You need to Unlock ASP where you can get Smg as a Secondary on Light Assault. You need to be above BR120 to get ASP Points.

if your a member you only need to be br 100 and then its free to unlock, if your not a member you need to get to br 120 and save 10,000 Certs to unlock ASP.
