@BeamNG-FUN, I have the same wheel that you have and I've been having problems with the screw of the wheel. It keeps getting stripped after 2-3 months. I was woundering if you were having simmiler problems?
No, I haven't experienced this. I actually got the wheel I believe in 2021 and have used it off and on over the years without issue. Are you talking about the screw that holds it to the desk? If so, there's that final locking piece that folds in which provides a little extra holding force. I would make sure you don't tighten it too much before pulling that part down or else there could be a lot of force and might cause it to strip.
Either way, you should try contacting their support to see if they can get you a new part. I find they're good to deal with. Let me know if you have any trouble with this.

@@BeamNG-FUN Ya I did that and I got my wheel about 2 years ago. They were giving me replacement screws, but now they said no and refused to give me a refund or any other replacements.
