I was finding it odd that I was getting a lot of legendary scorched but they weren't spooky scorched so I wasn't getting the bag or candy
That’s weird. The legendary ones should always be spooky, especially if you’re seeing a lot of them.
If I weren't getting ready to go out I'd totally be squealing in the comments along with you noodle. I had to skip the stream wasn't feeling good. Really sore lower back. Feeling mostly better now. Gonna come back and finish after I go to mom's. She's got pizza and ice cream.

My new modded explosive V-63 Carbine is meesed up.... causes zero damage !
Worked great yesterday but today..... NOT !
It will eventually do something after 100 shots - 98 more than I usually need !
Does anyone have an idea why this new weapon is broken ?

@@bigbow62 same thing with me I can do damage if I aim but using vats I can’t do any damage it all
@@xeno4059 thank you for the message... sorry for both of us now ! Normally I wouldn't mind and just change weapons but I just put a bloodied & 25%AP on it cuz it already had explosive so it was a prime killing mod machine cranking out 170-200 damage ratting on the weapon. Lets hope they fix it.
I still have the same set- up on my Handmades, Fixers, ....etc. but I was having fun with that Carbine.
Plus for the Dec. update all the big guns lasers .50 cal. LMG's...etc. are having the AP cut 30%

Hi! They added/fixed explosive VFX on V63 carbine with today’s update, but it sounds like they broke it too. We have heard people are having issues with VATS on Xbox doing zero damage - maybe it’s related? Either way, please open a ticket with Bethesda about it.
What about the second Halloween weather station?
