I make my Hamburgers similar to yours. But, of course I buy the raw Sirloin already ground up, and, use store bought buns. My sauce is the same as yours, but, I add a small squeeze of yellow mustard & I use the No Fat American cheese to save on calories. You are a very special person to show your audience how you make so many dishes that I've never seen before, even though I've been through Culinary Arts School back in the sixties. I'm an old Gramma, too, but much, much older than you. I think you are still a strong young Chick. LOL!!! You are an amazing lady. I think it will take me another life-time to watch all of your videos.

Lovely looking chicken sandwiches too. Such big ones! I have fried my chicken like you in the past. I usually just put plain mayo ans some lettuce and a slice of tomato on mine. We don't call the chicken one a burger though. Your buns also look great. You had pretty China cups ans saucers. I do not drink coffee. I drink tea. I am not doing much cooking today. Just some Great Northern siup beans. I made chocolate zucchini cupcakes this week and sent all but two over for my youngest daughter and family. My cucumbers and tomatoes are starting to get ripe and the green beans too. Thumbs up on your video.
