Sometimes just like in Linkin Park case, fans are so focused on “only one true original sound” that they cant open their minds to new materials… it’s really sad because everyone wants to make a progress, try new thing in life… lots of people probably are afraid of going out of their cosy comfort place in mind and try something new.
