My parents used to own Dredge 8 and the Chatanika Dredge isn't owned by us but it does border my dads property. I wish the owners would do something about it, it's a tragedy to see its former shell just sitting in it's spot burned to almost nothing. I still get mad thinking about the arsonists who did that and how they got away.
@@Kinzey honestly horrible, it's such a treasure for explorers and history lovers. I go rock hunting for Alaska gems and have found some really good stuff around that area! I see people climbing up it all the time but can't believe it's safe enough. Thanks for the info and quality Alaskan videos!

It’s not safe at all. There’s a reason why that dredge burned down. It had graffiti all over it too.
