I know right. I am so tired of people rubbishing John Carter. These people just follow like sheep the critics that panned it, which they did without even having the decency to actually see it. Perhaps they haven't the guts to find out that they may be wrong.

Exactly..I LOVED John Carter,it was a REALLY good movie..I don't go by what the critics say about a movie EVER..if I think I'll be interested in it,I go see it..anybody can be a critic,those "big" critics just happen to get paid big cash to promote certain films..same with politics..as my mom used to say "money talks and bullshit walks" :/
I have never heard of Friday Night Lights. After seeing him in Battleship and John Carter, I thought I would give the series a go... All the characters pulled me in and I watched all 5 seasons in just a few days. His Tim Riggins character... my God... he's devastatingly handsome... DEVASTATINGLY handsome... The show made me laugh, made me cry... it has so much heart. I had underestimated it. Tim Riggins character made me cry... what a heart-breaker...
Ikr. He brought so many layers to Riggins - so much more than just a pretty face. Like the man himself really.

When he and 4 of his former FNL castmates took part in the tough 10-mile Spartan obstacle race last Saturday, he insisted that they work as a team despite his competitive nature - we all know how sport-mad he is bless him. There are some great photos of them helping each other over walls and stuff. And he insisted no one was left behind. Such a lovely, kind man.

They should have asked him how he feels that Channing Tatum stole his Gambit role just because he is a bigger name. (Taylor played a good Gambit in Wolverine: Origins).
their brand of show is 'feel good & have fun' for everybody, including the guests...thus they don't ask 'controversial questions' unless the guest is really comfortable w/ the topic, so the fact that they didn't go into it is a clue re. how he feels about it.
I really want him to be Gambit again, Tatum sucks.

Gambit's my favourite X-men character, and finding out Tatum got the role was 10 times worse than finding out Ben Affleck was selected for Batman. I'm sure Affleck will pull Batman off, but I am not in the mood to see a frat boy Gambit, seriously, no.

I have now seen The Normal Heart. OMG. So powerful, it tore me to pieces. Cannot believe the cruelty that we as a race are capable of. The script was beautifully executed, the performances faultless. The cast are superb - Mark Ruffalo in particular stands out. This is something people need to see, it's right up there with Schindler's List and Hotel Rwanda - imperative viewing.

Oh absolutely! He was so good in it. He broke my heart as Woodrugh. Tore it to shreds. But ...ohhh...gotta love the naked scene in the first episode... Found it very difficult to concentrate on anything after that. But seriously, in general I think people were too damn ready to pounce on the show and rip it apart. So unfair. Just like what happened with John Carter - one of my favourite movies.
With a name like rigging he couldn't have went wrong. Taylor is awesome in FNL That face omg. I love how his character was portrayed. Kitsch did an amazing job of making u love him.

Yeah,I remember when people thought AIDS was "gay cancer"..and as a kid I thought that was so stupid..but now I realize that most people were simply ignorant(of course some were ignorant AND hateful) and as always afraid of what they don't understand,so that's not necessarily their fault..that looks like a good movie,I might go see it :)

I was blown away by Taylor's performance in this movie, obviously is a great cast and I expected those amazing performances, but I was really surprised by Taylor, sad the Academy didn't aknowledge his work and was snub at the Emmys... then again, they robbed Matt, whom gave -by far- the best performance on television this year (or last year)

This guy is an underrated actor. He looks a lot like Tom Brady.
I loved taylor kitsch as gambit in xmen origins wolverine. Yeah he a liitle off in his portayal, but other than that a very good gambit. He's handsome enough to be gambit but not too pretty like channing tatum is. Plus his butt matches the descrption of gambit having the hottest buns in the xmen males. He & liev schrieber as sabertooth was the only two good things about that movie.

My man T. Kitsch needs a role soon because he is getting fat. Three major roles in one year (Battleship, John Carter, Savages) and all made the equivalent of one semi successful film. A phenomenal actor who unfortunately has proven to be box office poison. It's not his fault, those movies sucked.
