One thing most bass fisherman dont do is have a hook file to keep their hooks sticky sharp, even many stock hooks need sharpening. whenever I miss a number of fish that is the first thing I do, Looked like a great time.

Appreciate your insight on this! I have been trying to learn how to fish swimbaits like 7in glides and the Jackall Bone Blast Jr! Nice chunk! Havent caught anything big out of there yet. It would be really cool to fish with you sometime! Been trying to find some bigger ones on a glide or swimbaits in the urban scene!

What type of Rod and reel do I need for swim baits such as this? Shiamno SLX or SLX dc work better cause I have both but both my rods are medium heavy so idk if it will work the best but I don’t fish swim baits like this

1 thing that pisses me off fishing urban ponds is people who use 40 plus line. I dont see the point and when i snag that line i always brake off and lose my lures
