Hi Rosa I am Scott and I love your videos. I love road trips and camping but I never thought of doing it for as long as you have been. I am way too old for that now but watching you brings me back to the days when I could. I certainly would not be walking jn freezing temperatures for a dip in the hot springs. Omg

Thank you for an amazing video. You've definitely given me a goal for 2024, find hotsprings where i am in Australia and go visit them... as I've never been to a hot spring before. I'm about to go camping for my birthday this weekend and while there aren't any near there, there are some nice man made dams to swim in.
Great to see your hot spring adventures. I'm not fortunate to have hot springs as far as I know near me, however Thunder Bay Ontario is full of saunas. Mainly settled by Finnish, Polish, Italian and the original Indigenous... Saunas and sweat lodges are a way of life. Keep promoting physical and mental health 👍

@lifeinmyelement The thing I like so much about you is your clear love of life and your inate abilities to endulge in all it has to offer with total flexibility and automatic abilities to place raw spontaneity over all the petty social norms that can trip us up before we realize they are just suggestions not rules. I'm possibly sounding crazy but all that I am trying to say is a compliment and a thanks for old guy like me who miss the days when I so often would drop everything and head to Crabtree Falls or elsewhere for a 2 or 5 day camping trip. Every video you make always lifts my spirits. Don't ever stop! They get better every time! 😊

All the "natural" hot springs within 2-5 hour drive of me are all in remote backcountry areas where you cant just drive up to it. You drive to a certain point and hike it. The one sorta closer to us you can drive right to it but the drive up is 4x4 accessible only (not just gravel backroads) like you have to have a proper vehicle. Always jealous of springs where you can just get out the car and step right in.

Girl you have some balls lol. I live in Pittsburgh and we don’t get much snow here, yet I hate it most of the time 😂 I can’t even go for walks when it’s 20 degrees here. I will admit those hot springs look pretty awesome though.
Some things I like about this girl: ( in no particular order ) killer bod, intelligent, infectious smile, and she sees to appreciate the small joys that life brings. 💚

I know mainly you keep to yourself and it was just a curious question. Hope you don't get too sick - hard time of year for living in vehicles..... at times - enjoying the views you provide so thank you!

I appreciate you so much for sharing the spots you find! The more I’ve watched your videos I’ve understood why you prefer Wyoming, Washington etc more than Colorado. Idaho and all of its accessible hot spring hikes are exciting because while I am so blessed to live where I do in the mountains of CO, where I moved while living out of my CHR, the shortest hot spring hike near us is at least 10-16 miles. I’m curious, have you had Grizzy, mountain lion or aggressive moose encounters - haven’t heard you mention any!

I was watching a video yesterday that was talking about hot cold therapy, where you alternate between hot and cold to clear congestion out of your body. It seems like that's what you're doing, except not quite intentionally. 🙂

Hi Rosa. I just love watching your videos. I admire how you live your life in Elrond. I honestly don't know how you do it. I tried in my caravan after another vehicle turned out to have more problems then l thought it would. I lasted 1 week. Lol. I put that Lol in this comment, but l was very disappointed that l could not handle it. Would enjoy to see you make a video talking about what you found was tough about this life style when you started. Happy New Year.

I like a winter wild swim but not breaking ice first - the river or lake isn't heated and doesn't have hot springs. Once in it's invigorating.

Hey Larry! I just added some water to the sauce before I added the pasta so it took about 10 min to cook through! I hope the new year is treating you well!

The blue tub was around 102°F if I had to guess, and the bigger pool was cooler! I know the water source is 130°f and it cools down as it gets piped into the pools
