I've sat through the whole series of Strangers Things so far, with my daughter and I have to say that Dacre is probably one of the best actors I've seen in my lifetime and I'm a middle-aged Grandad. The way he portrayed Billy was brilliant, such a likeable young man playing the evil to perfection. If only the powers that be, could bring him back for season five, but this time as a good guy.

I'm a straight guy and i can honestly say Dacre has the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen in a dude. Such a good actor and a seemingly down-to-earth guy. RIP Billy Hargrove, you left us too soon. How about a spin-off or prequel highlighting Billy's tumultuous childhood and teenage life with his abusive father and Max? I really was fascinated by the complexities and dynamic of his character and i thought they did a brilliant job of making you both hate and pity him. Hope to see more of you and the future Dacre!
Oh my god I'd pay to watch that, like backstories of the characters but especially complex ones like Billy and Max's (there's a book called Runaway Max which kind of talks about Max's backstory but apparently the books aren't canon)

I was talking to a friend last night about how the character Billy literally gives me goosebumps and makes me truly uncomfortable because of his toxicity and watching this now I am speechless. Dacre is such a gifted actor, I can't believe how well he portrayed a man that is NOTHING like him. I am officially obsessed. Unrelated but still: how is he so elaborate and humble and sweet? I personally don’t have an issue with those things, but I probably wouldn’t date someone who does. But I do think it’s refreshing cause I don’t mind if you drink and smoke because you want to, but I’m tired of peer pressure causing addictions to it cause I don’t understand why a potentially destructive habit is pushed onto people just cause it can look aesthetically pleasing.

It’s so startling to me when he switches to an American accent for half a second and then goes seamlessly back to Australian (like when he’s talking about rhotic Rs). As an American with an American accent, it’s almost like hearing a stranger’s voice suddenly turn into that of someone I recognize. Startling, but undeniably cool.
