Identical twins are genetically Identical. Technically any child one twin has is the same as the other twin having the kid. So yuji being the son of sukuna's twin brother, would be the same as being sukuna's son. This also means that if twins have kids with separate people. Their children would technically be cousins, but biologically will be half siblings. Furthermore, if identical twins have kids with identical twins, the children will be biologically 100% full blooded siblings instead of genetic cousins.
Well no, there is a lot of variation that goes on in sperm or egg formation because of the independent assortment of genes and crossing over which means that it's highly unlikely for two individial sperms of one guy to be the same let alone twins. So it's very unlikely that two twins can have genetically identical kids.

Sometimes, in the protagonist story, power boosts they gain in plot twist. I don't like the route that there is blood relation to a supreme god or something powerful that in their genetics that allows them to access those, that is why they are became powerful.
I mean, yeah, Yuji earned his powers, but in the end, thanks to this chapter, it's just latent potential that will one day be awakened. In other words, it's bound to happen sooner or later.
However, I do like parallels. Someone not blood related to the protagonist yet has some similar characteristics to some legend in the story that allows them them to access those similar powers.
