- This is District Elder Noel Jones (at the time; he is now Bishop Jones) preaching at Lively Stone Church of God in St. Louis, MO on June 16th 1992. His subject is "More Than Conquerors."

20 years ago the doctor told me that I had had a minor stroke and I was paralyzed. I got up outta the bed and walked out into the hall way and collapsed. The nurses and doctors came running to me and said to me, u have to stay in bed because if u don't we have to restrain u. So years later I thought to myself why would anyone wanna restrain a paralyzed person? I'm still walking and talking and working. Hallelujah Hallelujah I no that im a more than conqueror. If God before me who can be against me. No weapons formed against me shall prosper. I kno that I'm an overcomer. All praise to the Most High. He good to me. I kno him for myself

That telephone is in the Pulpit so that Bishop Scott can communicate with the sound room without being a distraction to the preacher nor the congregation.
