- In this video, we continue our COMPLETE step 2 review with neurology. (Neurology in this series covers questions 201-400).
**Thank you shaki for pointing out, at 54:45 - intention tremor is correct (positive finger-to-nose test, respresents cerebellar dysfunction);**
**Also, thank you dsweezy for pointing out regarding QUESTION 369, the guy should be walking UPHILL (that causes flexion).**
Please check out my new website!

These videos are GOLDEN!!! I viewed all of these series before step 2ck and got a 25* in the real deal. Giving them a second view before my USMLE step 3. I was trying to look at your rapid review videos for Step 1 but couldn't find them. Thanks for all the effort!
Such a beautiful comment - thank you so much!
I really appreciate this video. The update towards the end was particularly helpful, consider mentioning it in beginning of the video and promoting it more.

Automatically suscribed to your channel after the first few seconds. Truly engaging, encouraging and remarkably well-meaning! Every single question/answer presentation transpires your wholehearted intention to present the content as more effectively memorable and friendly as possible, without sacrificing professionalism. İ would go a step further and call this a true optimised redefinition of professionalism. İ can easily immagine the likes of Hypocrates and Philippe Pinel greatly enjoying your presentations. Can't wait to go through all of your content. May this channel's fame rise to the highest of glories.

Wow. I am so happy to read that you went through the whole thing!!! (I recorded that from 2am to 5am. And then went to sleep at 7am. Boy was I tired!)
@@AJmonics Wow 🤩 🤩.Talk about being dedicated to your craft. That’s really inspiring 💐💐💐
Thank you 🙏
You are welcome!!
Legend🙏
Thank you so much for making this incredible review. 54:45 you mentioned this tremor that increase by finger to nose testing as essential tremor but I believe you meant Intention tremor? Intention tremors are associated with cerebellar dysfunction and can cause difficulties with activities of daily living, such as drinking from a cup, grabbing utensils, and problems with coordination eye to an object.
You are totally totally right!!! Rrr... Thank you so much Shaki - I'll add this to the video commentary. (I always get 1 question wrong with these review videos!!! Thank you for finding it so early on!!)
Essential tremors are also prominent at the end of movements like finger-to-nose testing, however other features suggesting Essential tremors are not mentioned in the question that is placed in the slides here
THANK YOU!!!!
You are so welcome! Thank you for your encouragement!
Comprehensive review... thank you for your effort M.D RapGod^^ just let us check explainations after answer..
I put together the slides finally!
hey. can someone tell me where to find the 1- 100 euro step 2 ck questions ?
I apologize - I you have all of the neuro questions. I didn't start from question 1
please do one for pulmonary ❤️
Its amazing 🤩
Thank you so much!
Gynae obs video?
Yes I have that!
These videos are delightful and I’m so thankful for them. For future videos it’s okay to talk a little bit slower :-)
I totally hear ya! Working on my speed!
HI..I cant find the first part of nuero.. please provide me the link THANK YOU
I am sorry for making it unclear - this video covers neurology, completely. It doesn't start at 0 because in other videos on other topics I cover the other numbers.
46:00 The explanation you mentioned is right but the question stem didn't mention asymmetric weakness. The same question in uworld has mentioned decreased knee reflexes, which is used to differentiate Conus medullaris and cauda equina . Urinary symptoms are seen in both
"scattered sensory loss" is asymmetric; also, conus medullaris tends to have a more abrupt onset
but, yes, I should have said "left sided weakness"
28:28 How is that a case of stroke? The symptoms are not having a sudden onset?
Thank you for pointing that out - I should have made it clear that it was sudden onset imbalance
Perhaps you are thinking of hemorrhagic stroke. In ischemic stroke, dizziness and imbalance can happen immediately.
Thank you for everything. It's really helpful. Note: @ 28:54 I think you meant that it has been more than 4 hours instead of 24 hours to be a candidate for tPA.
Thank you so so much!! Just added that correction to my new video (just posted it 2 mins ago)
any chance to get these slides? I keep having to pause each slide to read the notes on each of the other options.
Hey - I generally produce all the material in my videos. The problem with these review slides is that I created them so fast that I took pictures online that I don't have copyright ownership over them. It wouldn't be legal for me to distribute them. Eventually I am going to make a packet that I can distribute without any copyright issues.
thankyou for such a good series,
where is the other video of neuro qs 1 to 200?
I am so sorry for confusing you - 1-200 was dermatology and MSK
@@AJmonics oh ok,thankyou for replying
15:53 Any clues regarding why it is not Frontotemporal dementia?
I would need to look into it further but is parkinsonism seen in frontotemporal dementia? I didn't think it was
@@AJmonics Yes, but in the later stages
17:00 DA agonists are no longer used for RLS [From UWorld]
Thank you so much for telling me!!
Thank you❤. If only the speed was lower.
I hear ya.... I know
q369 should be uphill not downhill right?
Rrrr... you are totally right!!!! (It was 4 in the morning when I recorded that :/ )
