Everything about the installation instructions and packaging says this accessory is for sergers and it really does not seem to fit the Jazz ll. The retailers certainly don't include them in accessories for the Jazz ll, and actually, neither does the baby lock website. I looked through all 53 accessories listed. This feels like a proper fabric guide for the Jazz ll doesn't actually exist and you could either say that or go ahead and make one. Mine also didn't come with screws so it will be a while before I can even find out if I can make it work anyway. I was really looking forward to having a fabric guide as the one on the bobbin plate is hard to rely on since it moves all over the place. :/
Does this work with quarter-inch seams?
Yes you can! There is a clearly marked ¼” marking on the guide, just be sure to align the needle with the 0 setting so that you are accurately placing your fabric for stitching.
