It's not something you would find in the in game settings. It's something you would modify in the ClientSettings folder. As for bloxstrap, I believe there's an option labeled "Enable ability to hide GUIs" which probably does the same thing.

It's basically just a flag you have to modify in the client settings (I think bloxstrap works too, though I'm not sure since I don't use it)

60 was really bad, but it's at 73 now which is way better
