he was not flashing and that was not the idea. He was resmoking doors. When smoke opens and blocks the doors Hooxi and niko were gonna go contact pick (without flashes or mb the flash was gonna follow after the smoke but it never came to it) and possibly clear the area or give info if its empty, like they did before in previous rounds. Navi were expecting exactly that. Blad3 probably called timeout for this specific final blow - to catch ct on this info play and explode into the site after punishing this aggression. Hence as soon as navi saw this smoke falling they aggressively picked the ramp themself and catched both ct players off guard.
What monesy did wrong is he stayed for fight and missed the awp shots. could've killed 2-3 players, bur killed one and died, making this retake 2vs4 almost impossible.
