CIMB’s Bazar Siberturahim Fashion Fest Raya, touted as the most prestigious fashion week was held from 2nd March to 10th March, 2024, this time at the luxe Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club. The line-up of local designers included Salikin Sidek, She Dazzle, SriCandy, Tom Abang Saufi, 3thelabel, Batik Tektura, Ezuwan Ismail, Pink Jambu and Radzuan Radziwill.
Also present were Her Royal Highness Sultanah of Terengganu, Her Royal Highness Tengku Permaisuri Selangor; Her Royal Highness Raja Puan Muda Perak; YB Datuk Seri Dr Noraini Ahmad, the Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community; and the British High Commissioner to Malaysia, Her Excellency, Ailsa Terry; hosted by the spouses of the Group Chairman and Group CEO of CIMB.
Malaysia’s premier podcasters Keluar Sekejap hosted an engaging conversation with Mr Jaya Balan Kathiravalu, CIMB’s Head of SME Banking, to discuss on getting Malaysian SMEs to become more resilient and creditworthy, so they may qualify for the government-guaranteed loans. CIMB also launched its latest proposition for SMEs called CIMB SMEBizReady, a suite of solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) centered on digitalisation, technology and sustainability.
For the second session, Keluar Sekejap spoke with Mr Ahmad Shahriman Mohd Shariff, CEO of CIMB Islamic Bank, on how early estate planning can protect and build multi-generational wealth.
