Great Potential, even greater disappointment; is there light at the end of the tunnel? 🔥🔥🔥 - One positive aspect i forgot to mention: Grinding squad levels costs much less experience now than before, even high tier squads seem to have the same EXP requirements as low tier ones. -
Yeah but japan dosent have it easy going against calliopes m24a1 tanks is ridiculous the tanks in japan are still useless all I get is red all the time only weakness against a calliope is there rocket's you can pull up with a jumbo in japan It was never balanced m2 carbines in the pacific you tell me its balanced its not m2 carbine is one of the best guns out there yall have the best guns browning Russians have lads rd-44s you name it maxim guns vickers literally fire brigades the best tanks ever even the russians have isc2s & 50 cal machine guns you have the beat allied planes with rocket's bombs & good guns they are stingy they don't care especially the grind how come you can add m2 on any soldiers but can't add automatics for germans or japanese this is unbalanced asf germans are unbalanced as well german planes suck there soo trash & I still have to grind every single beginner tank to get are trash I have to grind forever to get a new tank they removed premium squads that others still have which also makes it unbalanced jumbo are insane in japan

They managed to make the game even more of a grind. 100k+ xp just for a sub machine gun is not okay. You also have to backtrack just to progress further down the list..
even more of a grind? you got like over ten 180k researches for every side on every campaign, now only top weapons are like that, you dont need to get the same weapon 3 times for 180k
@@Volpeusz doesn't change the fact that to unlock the most basic weapons for like berlin you have to grind a lot and not to mention pay for all of the stuff you've unlocked too, when before you could have gotten a t-34-85 for like 8k xp and no cost, you also have to research and/or pay for all of the stuff you've already unlocked in the old version
@@jakuza8uhhhh thats how unlocking stuff in games work? that you need research less advanced stuff to get to more advanced stuff? And dont spread misinformation, there was/is no researching and paying for all stuff you researched in pre merge enlisted. all you researched in pre merge is researched, you only need to pay silver to unlock stuff that also have new squads added to enlisted after merge attached. so dont exaggerate that you need to buy all and worse you need to research all. All progress is as it was, i also dont like the idea that you need to buy some things you already researched before but considering most of them are squads then all of it are pennies
Thanks for talking about the grind problem. I have seen a bunch of others youtubers who are like: well um actually it got better, because the total xp cost of the tech tree is now lower than all old campaigns. What these people don't understand is, that only a very small fraction of the playerbase actually played all campaigns. Most people only played like 2 or 3 actively. So for the majority of people the grind got worse.
Went for a short trip bck to ply WT. Made about as much progress to the next vehicle as I make in 1h of grinding a Tier V Item in Enlisted. Well it suck a bit that I have to grind all the lowbob tanks that i'll never use even on their tier but this is till less effort to do than grinding one T6-8 Vehicle in WT. And to be honest: If I asn't forced todo so I would have grinded out the essential items of all trees in 1 weeks besides a 9-5 job and a girl at home.
Playing 2-3 campaigns in the previous version is like playing 1-2 nations in the merge. You have less to grind overall with no repeats AND you decide where the xp from each game goes towards instead of it being pre determined. Idk why you think the grind got worse, if you limit yourself to a few nations the grind is easier
the grind got worse when buying a new soldier rank when it comes 2nd(II),3rd(III) and 4th(IV)@@abotaccount6094 now add up to that grinding progress it takes another fking months if you are F2P player because the grind is not very friendly both veteran and newcomers. buying new tanks or plane on high tier is also hard because its very expensive, if you are a whale consumer your not gonna mind that stuff but as F2P it is still difficult. if you want to grow new playerbase you have to present friendly and easy grinding stuff and also the game needs more VERY REWARDING EVENTS to F2P players not some cheapskate rewarding.
I think the game is fun but enlisted, please frikin decrease the grind. Its ok for the panzerfaust to be 150,000 rp. But i am not interested to grind the same amount for a stug
@@a.t6066 lets say. That would mean you get 15k points a match (kinda unrealistic but ok, lets say you bought premium) As a tier 3 player, to get a king tiger (the only thing you want honestly) You have to get 150k points 6 times, so with a match of 20 minutes, that is 20x10x6=1200 minutes or 20 hours. But you are tier 3, you also need to get a good smg and rifle (lets be conservative and say fg42 and mkb42 isntead of going for the full top tiers. That is 3 x 150k and 7x150k, that is another 20 or so hours. So you need to grind for 40 hours to be competitive, despite only wanting 3 weapons. The German tree is very bloated with things you are never going to use- mp40 reskins with slight stat changes, hundreds of variants of the pz4 with slight modifications
@DodoSniffer73 you dont need to unlock next tier equipment to be competitive... tier 3 equipment is competitive at tier 5. The ONLY thing that holds you back from researching is prerequisite requirements for unlocking. Otherwise it's a complete player skill issue. Tier 3 v 5 infantry equipment has almost no performance gap. The ONLY real gap is in assaulter weapons and even that's not even that big.
For new players every squad should have an engineer by default. At the very least the engineer squad should be unlocked from the start instead of the sniper squad. New players aren't going to know or care that they need to grind a mediocre bolt action rifle in order to get the engineer squad. They're most likely going to grind a machine gun or submachine gun.
Random but what still bugs me about enlisted which they claimed to have fixed was the ability to climb through windows or over specific objects. Yet when I go to do it my character gets stuck in the window and I either have to try again 5-6 times or just go around and out/into the doorway to buildings. Or just get stuck in a window and shot by a dude that's chasing me. Not that important of an issue but fairly annoying none the less. Same goes for how laying prone with a weapon the game doesn't give any indication of how you just look to an enemy such as for example from your point of view your flat on the ground or whatever surface your laying on her from someone else's point of view your doing the king cobra while laying on the ground and your head and upper torso are vulnerable to nearby enemies whilst your not aware of being this exposed. And also that mounting weapons on most if not all surfaces hardly ever works.
When you get stuck hold in the prone button and you can then slither through tiny windows or even under buildings. As soon as you get caught/stuck go prone
@@ABC-dw7pe have my dear. have. in squads changing you literally have presets and there are presets for every campaign this country can land into. so dont go with that bullshit
I think the actual issue is the economy in regards to distribution of players across nations. I got the germans as the highest basically and i would gladly grind other nations but god the grind is horrendous. And im not talking about the XP grind, im talking about the Silver, its horrible. And imagine a new player coming in seeing that he has to play multiple matches just to even equip a squad properly let alone buy or upgrade vehicles. Either gonna focus on one nation or just straight up leave cuz its a major time sink.
And I am that new player lol (actually cries). Because I got in via new player bonus, granting Enfield rifle, a pistol and 3 days prem, I was pre-decided the nation US. After starting 20k of silver was spent to fill squads with soldiers, buy them medikits, explosives (and nothing as fancy as axes, canteens or other equipment yet) i noticed how much silver i get for one battle, I lost my words actually. Not to mention I still need to upgrade every weapon soldiers have, also reset perks, which I though are useful (after watching some guides it does not seem so useful now). And in few hrs 3 days of prem will expire, I already see the grind looking down on me... From other hand I can play World of Warships and hour per day and without prem, I still see the result I'm getting somewhere: I can get 1 loot container, maybe 2nd one if I play little longer, complete some daily mission and get reward in form of additional bonus. Enlisted, so far shows only grind to me and ridiculous rewards: it's either 1000 silver or 300 for completely different tasks. Devs, where is the balance in this game, huh?
the matchmaking should queue 1 BR above and below what your BR is. This would create a low, medium and high BR instead of the current low (I-III) and high (III-V) BR queueing
1000 times yes, but 1 and 5 br would be the most ass and best thing to play because in 1 br you would be against 2 br most of time and on 5 there is nothing better than you so at the worst you get equal enemies and not every time
@@Volpeusz i try not to overthink it and just enjoy the grind and game (though ive only played a few weeks so I'm still in honeymoon period). I'm sure that this game still has lots of change coming in the future
Low rewards in silver forcing you to sell squads basically , gap between sweats and new player is even greater, and previously unlocked squads/soldiers becoming locked again behind some random tech you have to grind for
none of my squads was locked, propably because non of old squads are in tech tree. and selling squads is useles, selling old troops of lover quality is the way, thats all, that way since merge i am gaining money even when buying things
IdK what people have with low silver rewards... I am making a lot of money and still unlocking high tier stuff and upgrading them to max level, over all my finances have stayed the same.
@@itskyansaro i imagine and i can see its a problem when you play from nothing, we old guard have so many not needed soldiers and weapons we can sell it just because yes but i can see why new players can struggle
@@Volpeusz I have a main account that is maxed out, but I also play on secondary accounts, just because i like playing for unlocking stuff, and I feel like the grind is a lot easier now, I feel like breezing through the tech tree.
I don’t think that the merge blew up too strong for me but my issues atm are as follows. 1: Silver gains are too low atm. 2: The king tiger while is strong and the only tank that can deal with it equally is the IS-2 is it’ll hide in the grey zone making it hard to kill, so there needs to be something done about the grey zone still. 3: Bots I don’t see them virtually at all at high tiers I have teammates but they put themselves at a disadvantage with their equipment because they don’t like Tunisia or Pacific. This leads to what seems like bots but isn’t. I also wouldn’t doubt that Prem noobs (new players who by a premium squad that is top/ close to top) are there too because of the squad and have no clue and equipment to fight properly. 4: Tier 3 shouldn’t fight tier 1 or 5 this might just be me but it gets stomped by tier 5 and stomps tier 1 making the matches feel one sided at times. Overall this was a very positive update, while there are something’s that should have been there at launch, and things that could have been improved on I would say it’s 80% positive, 10% negative and 10% neutral. I’ll agree some what that it wasn’t new player friendly at first but now it is it takes time to improve a game and with the great snail it’ll be a monkey paw at times just make sure to point them out a discuss them. Edit: I forgot to add that we should have a map filter to help getting maps that we want but there is too little atm that it might not be able to be implemented we need just a update that focuses on bringing us at least 4-7 maps to get variety.
@@anton2417 The long 76 actually can handle all of the big cats that the Germans have from the front with the exception of the King Tiger H model, and to be clear it’s all turret front. The IS-2 is the only one that can pen the front of them all. Also they are working on both of the Pershing’s the regular and the Super so they are coming just not atm could be a spring update.
My brother has played Warthunder for the past 10 years, (not constantly) they still haven't added a new battle mode for realistic battles. When you reach the high-tier air (jets), it becomes a brawl in the middle of the map, and it's over in less than 15 minutes, 10 minutes.
My games now are way more intense than before , none of my friend want to play it with me anymore because it feels too sweaty. No point in playing alone so I might just uninstall it
tru but i feel like high br should be a reward like youve made it youve finnally done it, instead unless u make a living off of streaming, its just so damn sweaty like bruh, full auto weapons should be something to look foreward to something to set as youre goal and actually have a good time right or am I rwrong@@ryack6355
Turns out the merge is slowly becoming fine. Biggest initial problem was everyone playing Axis which highlighted a problem that existed already before, for those who noticed it, in campaigns like Tunisia or when people would form a squad to completely dominate every match they get into: The lack of players and lack of skill based matchmaking. Which means: Enlisted will push as many players into a match as possible and when there are much more players on one side, it´s ends up like a 6 vs 2 and the game is basically pre-decided. Hard to say though if there weren´t actually 6vs6 as without a skill based matchmaking it might as well be that they put 2 experienced and 4 inexperienced players vs 6 experienced and you just got the impression of being two players fighting with bots against an e-sports worthy opponent team. That being said: Without the merge, the game would have looked like this anyway over time. The merge just highlighted the problem but allowed for growth (in the case of new campaigns) again, as adding any more campaigns would have drastically worsened the problem in the old system. By now it seems the players seem to ease up a bit and Allies actually can win matches - but it´s still a long way to go and can always switch back so Darkflow better does something about the matchmaking, which was flawed from the start. I don´t know about you guys but I mainly experienced matches where one side completely shreds and already during the first or second capture it will be clear which side will most likely win. Tense battles which stay close till the end are unfortunately rather an exception.
I joined enlisted 3 months prior to the merge and grinded a lot for the axis enough to be put in br 5 lobbies but when the merge happened I found I couldn't research further tier weapons or vehicles without having first unlocked previous weapons or vehicles im well beyond needing to use its really killed the vibe of playing as I have to unlock 7 weaker tanks before being able to move on to getting a tiger tank
@Volpeusz well some of us are adults that have jobs and children and things called responsibilities don't have time to spend all day playing a mid ass game
Coming from World of warships player perspective, I see no problem with unlocking previous items in research tree to get one you want most. IF there is proper balance or progressive xp requirements to unlock next item. But not the same 20k xp amount for different things standing next to one another. Correct progressive research tree should be, as example 10, 50, 100, 150 and so on. Like it is now, first tank in line cost 5k, next tank cost 20k!! Actually I just noticed the costs are tied to columns 1st is 5k, then 20k, then 33k and last for 1st tier is 46k. No matter if this is rifle, SMG, plane or tank. Logic and balance where art thou?
I totally agree with everything you said, I think that the whole tiers having their own campaigns is complete bs and you should be able to play any campaign regardless of your br. I also hope they add campaigns for Japan to play in like British Hong Kong or something like that as that would really diversify the Japanese map choice, I also think that when it comes to the ragdoll physics of characters being shot or killed, they should be much more cinematic as in like they should have some bodies being flung up in the air when they get hit with a tank shell and that the downed state of characters should really be custom to your Enviroment, like not this wierd rolling arms around each other and being on their knees and doing some sort of ritual, like no, it should that when you get downed, your animation should be custom to your surroundings so it will be different if you are on Normandy beach and mg 42s are firing at you and you have to lay down whether to if you were downed and have an entire wall of cover where you can sit up and apply pressure whilst a member from your squad will fix you up if u know what I mean, it would just feel wayyy more immersive, also this whole warthunder style tech tree doesnt fit the vibe that enlisted gives, like it just is out of place, idk thats just my opinion. also i think that the squad slots for free to play players should be increased from 4 to 6 and premium players from 6 to 8, it would really improove the game i think gaiin plzzzzzzzz watch this video
Epic rant, most of it unreadable. The modern nerd is impossible to please but also brings nothing to the table except simping for e-girls and OnlyFans scum.
In the last 15 days I've convinced some friends to start playing and they are loving to play together. We've been focused on the German grind and they are struggling a bit on the economy - silver is extremely painful to get unless you have premium, like I have. I have 1,2kk silver because of the pre-merge economy tips I got from u and other content creator, so that's not a problem for me. This game could get a whole bunch of new players if it got to Steam store and if the team play - with improved voice chat and improved rewards for team play in the form of more XP for capturing objetives and building rallies, for exemple - was improved.
Sadly when Enlisted will get to Steam, there probably will be separate accounts, like old ones made in game client and ones attached to Steam users. Like WOWS is - for example if I want to get Steam bonuses for the game, my account made via game client can't get these bonuses, I have to make another account via Steam, which will be completely new and empty.
Its amazing how this merge opened a huge can of worms in the community as it exposes the core problems of the game design even more such as how extremely strong Germany is at top tier with all the rare wunderwaffe and Gaijin just implement lazy solutions like giving other factions more rare weapons and prototypes like War Thunder. Removing the choice of maps by removing campaigns because of "for the health of the game" and other bullshit excuses when they could just merge the progression but keep the choice intact along with other ways like improving the marketing of the game properly along with a release to Steam in atleast a presentable state. "Go play HLL, Squad 44, Call of Duty or BFV", "merge is necessary evil" and any other bullshit excuse from every Darkflow and Gaijin apologist well what I could I say is go fuck yourself as the merge just destroyed a major part of what made Enlisted unique anyway like why people chose this over Hell Let Loose or some other game in the first place and there are just no alternatives for such a game despite a more saturated FPS game market but Eastern Front dedicated games like RO2 are even more niche than your typical Normandy or Western Front WWII shooter so don't suggest the likes of Hell Let Loose to me with only 3 Eastern Front maps right now that I heard wasn't so popular besides Squad type Milsim games with no voice acting at all as you are expected to use your mic imo makes it feel cheap and immersion breaking. Enlisted's end game right now is either play Top Tier Germany or uninstall the game which I did the latter earlier this month and its still painful to not have any alternatives even when I browse Steam store or some other place but instead found completely different games that are not FPS games that don't fill the void but atleast would appreciate the better quality than what Darkflow and Gaijin are doing.
Yeah, I was finally to find something that was close to read orchestra 2. And I really like choosing only Normandy and Berlin. Everything was so perfect before the merge update. I can’t even describe how crappy it felt to be like well there goes an awesome game. I knew that they created war thunder, and I left war thunder as soon as I looked at that research tree when I saw there was no research tree in enlisted. I was so happy, now it’s all screwed. I can’t afford a new PC right now and I don’t even have a place to put it. So I can’t even play red orchestra 2. Oh, rising storm two when I’m in the Vietnam mood. So this sucks I should’ve bought hell let loose when it was on sale. But it seems a little more Mil sim. And players can make or break the whole situation so you’re gonna wanna preferably need a lot of friends to play with you and that always isn’t possible with everyone being so busy. And then they don’t have to buy the game too. That’s why I was happy with enlisted being pretty casual and arcade like with a little bit of realism when it comes to ballistics and damage and tactics it was the closest thing to getting day of defeat and the insurgency world war two mod on Console. I guess I just have to stick with insurgency sandstorm. And when I the have money hell let loose.
@@Puppy_Puppington you are lucky to have a ps5 im on ps4 and i cant even buy hell let loose and unfortunately sandstorm is unplayable on old gen so i cant buy that either
The Lee Enfield bolt action with 10 mag cap is BR2 so no. Now I don't know if that was changed since the 5 months that passed since you made this post? I've only just returned as a player about a month ago. EDIT: I forgot to mention, I meant the standard infantry version, not the sniper variant which is indeed high BR tier.
I agree that grenade launchers don’t belong in low BR but it’s annoying for me who splashed out on them and now have to sell them because I refuse to play BRIII while it doesn’t have its own queue which by the way is the stupidest bloody idea in the world
I might be a sweat but best recipe for launchers, as many rifle many as you can have a squad, all with launchers, large nade bag (carry 3) of WP. That gives you 6 nades per soldier. I know i piss some players off with my tactics 😂😭😭😂
@@spencersecrest6001 Whole game is nerfed. I started playing a year & a half ago when the A.I could snipe you out of planes, everything was a 1 hit delete, the JU188 could wipe out blocks, THAT was fun times because the battle felt dangerous, fast pace for the slow controls, and people pushed the objective. Now this game is a chore and is boring at best. The Devs better figure it out soon or after holiday season the game will fall off a cliff.
The silver rewards are abysmal. Because I didn't have the time to buy the soldiers I spent 200k just trying to make more than one BR stack and team. Also, there are no reasons to play about 80% of the guns and vehicles because of BR compression. You'd think gaejin would have figured that out 10 years with war thunder. Why would anyone play the volks smg when you can just unlock MP38 a few matches later? Why play ZH29 when you can play G43? Why play ZB when you can play MG34? Then why play MP 38 when you can play MP40 few matches after that? Why play multiple foldered vehicles PZ. IIIs, JU87s, Dauntless, pretty much all fighters, when you can play a few more matches and get versions infinitesimally better at same BR.
Well if someone did not convert all of their silver solider orders to actual soldiers (worth up to 9x the nominal silver equivalent) - that's too bad I suppose... Gaijin (and no other studio that relies on grind to keep playerbase invested into the game from both time and $ perspective) never would have knowingly help people to "play the economy system" - this hurts their bottom line.
Darkflow killed the fun factor of Enlisted grinding for better weapons/equipment with the option to pick whatever theater you want. Now it feels like BFV or CoD Vangaurd with the BS tier system. I unistalled even though I have about 40 days worth of playtime on it.
If they want quick monetization, decrease the cost of premium squads by half, add more squads, and put the cosmetics behind them. Once I’ve unlocked this specific squads uniform let me put it into my other squads. That way you make the point of buying premium squads to get cosmetics.
As BR2 soviet main I miss Moscow. And when I get it it's full of br3 stuff and paras, doesn't feel early war anymore. It's iconic smg the PPD34/38 gone, instead have some time travelling Stalingrad weapons and coping amounts of old imperial Madsen At least italian experience improved, you can go now fight inverse D-Day or counterattacking with Steiner bois
I think they should implement the map preference thing but just for very specific weapons and vehicles. Take the repetitive unlocks in the tech tree, put them in folders and make them optional unlocks with a map preference. It would clear up the tech tree, improve historical accuracy and give you an interesting way to choose maps.
failed is right hate it miss the old campaigns, the maps are all wacked, esp tunisia and moscow matchups are ruined imo.. ur right enough with the stalingrad maps theyr the worst ffs
I won't play anymore. The merge ruined it for me. The campaigns were good as they were. Played a lot of Normandy and Tunisia. Pacific too and a bit of Moscow. When I started Berlin I only had Boltactions. It didn't bother me. Then you just play differently.
As a American player i had to basically give up playing the newer tanks id ublock in favor of the staurt w flamethrower because all i see now at br 3 is tiger 2s. Every match, tiger 2s. So i either suck it up, grind to a sherman with good enough stats to have a CHANCE to compete with one of em, or buckle and buy a firefly.
Good points un general but Eastern Front was not just snow. Barbarossa started in the summer, and then there were 4 years of fighting, again with summers, falls and springs when most operations happened because it's not freezing. I for one am very happy to see non-cliche Eastern Front in green/yellow/red biome, just as the movies I grew up with.
I bought a bunch of stuff on the stalingrad campaign and all I got in compensation was like 3k gold. I quit after that, they essentially gave me one premium vehicle for all the stuff I spent.
31:11 Jokes on you! when the merge 1st happened i was using my moscow squad with the PPSh Shpitalniy so i ended up in tier V with a T-26, I took down a Pz.III B and a Pz.IV in one sitting!
While I also think there are some issues with the merge, I don't think they warrant such a scathing review. I can say that playing soviets in BR4 and 5 is a struggle. But winning games is not impossible, and the upside to the merge in that it would separate low tier players from high tier players, was very much needed. If I want to play bolties, I can do so and the game won't punish me. It is also the case that for many, including myself, moving to another campaign only to have to regrind from bolties in the same faction was a hassle and did not motivate me to want to play other campaigns much. We now get a far larger variety of maps, and it just simply isn't true that at low BR you won't run into moscow maps. It was a considered move to make it such that low BR players would not end up in berlin maps, and I think it was the best they could to to keep a reasonable amount of "historical accuracy" in the game. That is another thing though. People harp on this historical accuracy bit so much, but if you want historical accuracy, you're playing the wrong game. This was never a historically accurate game. How many FG42s do you think we actually used in berlin? Or do you really think that half the soviet troops were running around with ppsh sub machineguns? If we wanted to be historically accurate, the americans would win most games, the japanese would lose most games, and that does not make for a good game. I think they found a good enough way to adapt their game to the player count and to the circumstances. I think they made the game a lot more accessible and fun for newer players. I also believe that despite the issues at BR4,5 for allies, it is not impossible to win games and that the games are FARRR more interesting, fun, challenging, and engaging than say berlin allies was before the merge. If you think bots are a problem now, you must have had daily aneurisms playing berlin allies. Plus, I think the silver/bronze order system was not ideal, and implementing a universal currency was necessary for many reasons, only one of which is that it prevents one from having say 300 silver orders and 0 bronze orders because they're done recruiting and purchasing new weapons, and focused on upgrading them. So while I resonate with the things you've said, I also think you've gone a bit too far in criticizing the devs over the update.
Been playing since 2021 Alpha. Devs have completely ignored most of my suggestions since the beginning, clearly wanting to cater the game to an arcade type FPS that happens to have WWII Skins. After the merge, which solidified my distrust that this will ever be a good game, here are my observations: - Historics are completely ignored, making the game pointless to play over Army Men FPS and the hundreds of other FPSs out there. - There are 5 BRs...but effectually only two. If you were going to do a BR system, what is wrong with a +1/-1 system? - I wait just as long for games to start as prior to the merge. - Semi autos nerfed in the original game are STILL nerfed even though BRs have been introduced. Why not make M1 Garands do as much damage as a 1903 if they are in different BRs anyway? Also, unnerf AA guns! - The "balance" was done wrong. The balance should have been with gameplay issues, not with historic gear. Gear should have maintained historic. An MP3008 should NEVER be in a Moscow map and fighting along side Carcano bolt actions. None of that makes sense at all. Instead, Unit Level/Soldier Level should have an arrogate score which determines BR. So whether I am armed with bolt actions or full auto ARs, I still dominate because all my soldiers are super soldiers who all have sprint speed, vitality, and greater downed state perks. Doesnt matter what gun he is armed with. Got a squad of 9 soldiers all maxed out with perks? BR V. Got a squad of 5 x 1 star riflemen? BR 1. - The game is over saturated with rare weapons, regardless of BR. Every Soviet game has soldiers armed with Federovs...a weapon that wasnt even standard by the invasion of Poland due to complexity of manufacture and use of a non-standard round in the Soviet arsenal. So why does every fucking soldier have one now? STG-44s for Germany as well. Yes, STG-44s (and the many variants) were more proliferated than say the Federov in Soviet hands, but it was still rare to see in battle. These weapons should have been exclusively premium to cut back the over saturation of these weapons. - Enlisted was unique with having a squad based approach...yet we cannot make a historic squad! It is impossible to have a SMG and a MG in the same squad. - Shitty maps. Nobody cares about the train, yet we are forced to play on the fucking train. - I never have liked how the Premium Squads could never change their weapons. But for some reason, Soviet Paratroopers CAN now. I want ALL premium and event squads to have this ability. Perhaps these squads are the ONLY ones who can use these weapons...but at least let me use these squads with other weapons. Especially in a BR restricted environment. - Forum response from the Devs is horrible. They simply do not care. Making it a medium of communication that is ineffective.
The lack of communication is a big flaw. Been playing since 2021 too. Managed to get some friends play the game, all they saw is a bunch of buyable stuff and no explanation of barely anything, even with the tutorial, that only shows very basic stuff they already knew or could imagine from playing similar games. Good players flee from structures like this because it looks like a paytrap and they aren't attached enough to the game
i do agree with everything that you said, but when it comes to rare weaponry and equiptment, i think that is an area where it is acceptable to veer away from historical accuracy, as it adds more diversity to the matches. imagine playing a match with only mp 40s kar98s and mosin guns, do you really think that is really going to make the game better, the matches would litterally be too historically accurate, if u know what I mean, and also there are many players that simply cant afford to get the premium account, do you really think its a good idea to take away all the rare weapons and equioptment from them. if they did this i think that their playerbase would decrease instead of increase, as every game would feel the same and premium players would litteraly mow 90 % of the players in a game, making it super sweaty and unfair
@@Pandacorps I would love a game exactly as you described. Enlisted 2021 had that potential and the very reason why I started playing The moment you veer away from historical accuracy, you are just playing Fortnite. Especially when every other game is already doing that. Why not stand out and be different? Look at Civil War games. You have the History Channels PS2 FPS, which was just a FPS with Civil War skins. Then you have War of Rights, which is FABULOUS. When I signed up for Alpha in 2020, Enlisted looked like it was going down the War of Rights path, but it's really just Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare with German voice overs now. Taking away what the Snail has already granted would reduce player base for sure. It should have never have gone down that path to begin with. However, since time travel doesn't exist (without creating Mandela Effects), there is nothing we can do about this. They can become more restrictive in the future. You keep what you currently have, but new acquisition would be restricted. Eventually, things will start to even out.
yes exactly, love it, i really do hope that they add more maps and a new campaign for the japanese, like the campaign of british hongkong for example as a new campaign or some more maps of okinawa and iwojima added to the pacific campaign, rn the japanese faction is so repeditive and they really need something more than just new guns, also I really hope that the devs stop this being on youreknees aand doing some sort of ritual with youre hands thing for getting downed in the game, instead make it so that youre downed animation will be custom to youre surroundings, it will be different if you are downed on Normandy beach and mg 42s are firing at you and you have to lay down nd patch youre self up whether to if you were downed and have an entire wall of cover where you can sit up and apply pressure whilst a member from your squad will fix you up. it probably is very complex to code but my god it would make the game feel soooooo much more immersive, along with many more speech recordings for all factions, that will play out depending on what youre situation is.@@marquestreasures
My biggest gripe is that I would be willing to wait in the queue for the maps I want. I don't want to be forced to play tunisia for the tenth time in a row. At this point a bot lobby would be worth a match in moscow for a change. I like the new research tree, but the economy is awful. I was smart enough to buy up IV assaulters before the merge and sell them after, plus I had unlocked most things in the tech trees I cared about, but 20k silver just to have a upgraded MP40 is just plain dumb. Especially if you bag 150 kills a game and only make 2-3k silver per match. Also consider that if you invest huge amounts of silver into upgrading weapons for a specific tier, darkflow will adjust the rating in the future and you will be out of luck and will have to grind silver again for a new lineup loadout. The cost of soldiers, upgrades, and perks is so expensive that I have easily spent 3 mil silver to max out four line ups to perfection. This is also assuming that I could just buy end game gear right away and didn't waste silver on evolving those squads through progression, i.e. I didn't have to waste money on a G43 and just bought FG42s from the start. That kind of cost is going to keep new players down and uncompetitive for a long long time. Welcome to war thunder 2.0, where if you didn't play the game from the start, you will have to play for five years to catch up, you will pay real money to be competitive and the devs will keep it that way to rake in the cash.
Why did they have to over complicate everything with battle ratings? Wouldn't it have been simpler to make server lobbies? You join the lobby then before each match two campaigns are randomly selected, The lobby has 30 seconds to vote which campaign they want, once decided three maps from that campaign will be randomly selected and players of 30 seconds to vote on which map they want. I don't see why this is so difficult, This was a common feature going all the way back to the PS2. Not only would this force people to play other campaigns It would also foster competition and friendship by making people more likely to use the game chat. Hell let loose is a similar game with a much greater community people play strategically, communicate, and even role play.
Forgot to add new update is dog doo doo and I am no longer playing. Maybe once they implement something like I suggested I will come back but I'll clean. Doubt it because they do not listen to fans at all.
its not hll or anything, people are here for one quick game then back to menu to change squads/weapons/br/eq and everything, besides. two campaigns are randomly selected? really? with ammount of campaigns its better to give all of them to choose. and please maybe dont try to make every game like hll? it happens that every comment i see about hll under this game is why this game isnt like hll. let enlisted be enlisted hll is not a similiar game stop with this delusion only similiar thing is that they are both shooters set in ww2 like with why would everyone compare milsim to arcade shooter, its like comparing real war to nerf war
Hi, newcomer here XD, firstly nice video but i want to share my point of view: -i am an old Normandy Campaign Allies main and also Tunisia Axis (Italians) main so the merge kills my will to play this game cuz of new map and team selection, -other things that dont work for me is the way of balancing factions and BR's, (sub-par smg and awful tanks in USA, objectively the best infantry weapons in game are SOV, niche and weirdly too high in BR and Tier GER weapons namely Kiraly and Beretas), -but the real shit that hit the fan are maps and game modes, the moment im matched on Pacific with my Americans i immediately go back to main menu same way as im in Stalingrad map - I just won't waste my time on this trash of meatgrinders But as you can say from my comment i play this game from time to time and i wish the game and community great success.😉
I thought I would disagree with you when I saw the title, but I have to say your analysis is absolutely perfect here. I 100% agree with all the points made in the video.
I play America mainly, when you talked about how the king tiger isn’t broken/over powered confused me. On Normandy I can think of a few spots out side of the combat zone I have seen king tigers camp in and cut down an entire team with out have to fear getting touched. Can’t arty him since he’s out of the combat zone and in the safe area, and good luck finding a us aircraft player not wanting to pad stats by bombing infantry. Also map design also favors the Germans on Normandy. I dislike this merger. The separation of maps and equipment used to those campaigns
I never said hes not super strong, i specifically said its the strongest german item, but so is the p47 for americans. a kingtiger left alive wins a match, same thing goes for a p47. both require the enemy to come up with a strategy to deal with, and that requires teamwork, which the enlisted itself doesnt incentivize.
Yea just like grey zone jumbo camping in greyzone all match and of course map design favors germany in d day its there defences positions and bunkers kinda like how d day was 😂😂
Looking at the comments, looks like most of the complains have somekind of top tier Bias I mainly Played Germany on Tier II, but heard a lot of info from another factions and BRs, so I'll give my opinion about the merge 1st: general changes the general feel of the merge imo was an improvement compared to the old enlisted, the old enlisted or was a sweatpool (looking at you Normandy) or was just one-sided, this update filled every match with players. Only on rare occasions I had an enemy team with mostly most (i believe it happened one time) tech tree was a good and big improvement compared to the old system (I really feel I need to grind much less exp to unlock something) matches are more challenging now, even if we stomp the enemy team (this isn't duck-hunting now, so shut up about your K/D, it clearly says you were a bot farmer and now that you are having a challenge, you cry) the new skill tree has more options yet more problems compared to the old system (is harder to get used to it and forcing you to spend 6 points on the first line of perks seems off to me) graphics, even if they aren't crucial, looks nicer now 2nd: Grinding there's not much to say about this, 1 thing good and 1 thing very bad good: like I said earlier, Exp grinding feels less tedious than before, I don't need to grind 180k exp for every level after level 23-24 on 12 freaking factions, so kudos for that very bad: Silver grinding. It's just awful, they literally copy-pasted 1-1 the grinding rate of the old enlisted, damn even on the old Enlisted was "hard" to grind the freaking orders, now it just feels even more grindy and painful (literally even having premium I am getting 3k at best (and fully leveling a 3 star weapon (which can be Tier II (cof cof MP-40 cof cof)) cost like 20k silver 3rd: Balance I need to split this on 2 separate categories, because each of those has different problems 3.1: Playerbase Balance Here I'll talk mostly about low BR in general, still I will mention Top BR, but i'll talk mid and top BR i'll talk more deeply on the "Equipment Balance" section On low BR, I noticed a trend since the launch of the merge, on the first 2 days, almost no-one new was playing low BR, I mostly found veterans and sweatlords tryharding as usual, then, for most of the time German team usually had more veterans than the Allies and Soviets, but still for most games it wasn't a stomp, even if we 70 to 90% of the games we won, most of the time we had around 200 to 400 tickets when we started assaulting the last point so they are hard fought battles, for me feels like a lot of people are just bitter losers, also, I feel there is some informal "honor code" between the veterans on which we are not using any trash strategy when we are on low BR (like GL spam, Greyzone Camping or Mining the rallies) I fought against easily 500 to 1000 players and only less than 10 used using this trash strategies (and I followed that honor code with pride, because I'm playing Low BR to have fun and let people have fun, If I want to be sweaty and tryhard, I'll go to top tier) and yeah, like I just mentioned, Top BR is a sweatpool and the realm of tryhards, but Honestly, that was expected and (at least for me) I'm fine with that, let sweatlords be happy fighting in the mud against other sweatlords and the people who just simply want to have fun yet challeging games will stay on low BR mid BR almost no one plays, you only want to play mid BR when you want to play russian roulette and pray to not get on Top BR (unless you really want that) also, I believe the main reason Germany has more veteran players and the other factions not may be because of 4 reasons 1st: Germany is a cliche nation (you know, playing with the bad guys and things like that) 2nd: like I said, the are the most balanced nation 3rd: Werhaboos, yeah, they still exist 4th: Germany was present on most campaigns (germany was on 5 campaigns, allies on 4, soviets on 3 and Japanese on 1) so by mere statistics maybe this could also answer the high number of veteran players on germany 3.2: equipment Balance Here I have a quite bigger complain (focused on top BR mostly) First of all, I won't say Germany is OP (at least on Low and mid BR) yet, I'll admit they are the best faction to play because even if they are not perfect and Clearly OP against any Ally or Soviet Counterpart, they are not very bad at almost nothing, they are simply the most balanced faction to play (and clearly the most beginner friendly of the 4) but everything changes on High BR, mainly because on one thing, Tiger II, It's not invincible, but it can be a really pain in the ass SPECIALLY for Allies because they only have the P-47 to counter it, (and If the Tiger II player is smart, it can evade most allied P-47 runs) also I heard Japanese player have some trouble too against Top BR allied equipment (mostly P-47, M2s and Jumbos) the main problem is simple, Allies and soviets don't have proper counterparts against the 3 Big cats (as a Normandy veteran, even before the merge Allied Tankers haver big troubles against Tigers and Panthers, now with Tiger IIs is impposible to have armor support, and on some maps of normandy they were a must to clear bunkers, thank god they are working on the Pershing and the Super-Pershing because allies NEEDED something like that (soviets are still being punished by Tiger II spam, but not as hard because they have some powerful vehicles too (even if the IS-2 is inferior to the Tiger II) 4th: BR this is my last point, and I have an positive opinion about it yet it still has some big problems good: Spliting equipment on BRs was in my opinion a very good idea to keep at highest the weapon balance, I have some knowledge about game design (I even was a Lead developer for an Indie project a year ago) and I can fonfirm that the campaign system was doomed to kill the game, (I won't go into details because that would need another Bible like this one and I just want to finish this) basically you can fight mostly equal equipment and don't have the troubles and suffering every rookie had when he started to play before the merge giving a sense of balance the bad: my only big problem about the Only the BR (because I'm not counting bug or the Tiger II problem because they do not really belong here) is BR III. BR III is basically like flipping a coin, you can end on low BR and being a little more powerful than the low BR players, or being just stomped by top BR gear my proposal about this is simple, the BR matchamking will work like this BR I with BR II BR II with I, II and III BR III with II, III and IV BR IV witth III, IV and V and BR V with IV and V Conclusions: this update, yet not perfect, it clearly improved the game for the most part, the only REALLY bad things about this update are the silver grinding, the Top Tier balance problem and the BR balance problem. 2 of them are between problematic and VERY problematic and 1 are more "simple" to fix Suggestions about Silver Grinding, just give more per battle pls, like at least 2x more Top tier Balance just give more vehicles that can counter german top tier ones (like the Pershing and Super Pershing for allies) and BR balance just follow the scheme I made before (after finishing this, I just realized I made the Bible 2, damn)
To be fair the Devs were likely using "deved" squads. Tgey probably werent natural or normal squads but individual custom soldiers. Or maybe a "you cant see the forest from the trees" kinda thing
These games are just here to steal Precious time from your real life and get you stuck playing they games for a life time. They should pay us to play there games thats my opinion 😊
As a new player I see few problems so far: buying soldiers for the same fixed amount of silver, gives soldier with random amount of perk points he can have. That is I pay 3000 of silver everytime, but can never get the same result. What a nonsense is this? And 3k of silver is quite a sum for new player, because I can earn it only in 3-5 battles. And then goes weapons, starting from 500, grenades, medikits, everything you have to buy for every new soldier, plus upgrading his weapon, if you equipped him with new weapon, it also needs upgrades. Where I can get these mountains of silver? This is great unbalance. It kinda reminds me few years ago when I was playing War thunder, there also was problems with economy. But I digress. No explanation in game how these perk points are awarded, how many of them are gained per level or per time period, no idea and where is the end, when soldier reached the max perk points. And reset of some early perks to free points for later perks, like more health, costs the same silver. This the moment when player understand he made mistake and gave out perks to every soldier, when he realize the mountain of silver he needs to reset some perks and "perk out" his soldiers in better way. When I realize how much grind awaits, I simply lose interest in game.
I unknowingly happened to download and start playing the game the literal day the merge went live, i never lived the premerge campaigns. As it stands the grind isn't terrible to my expectations. However, some of the grind is stupid and byzantine in its rationale. Why do i have to grind through two bren guns that are basically all the same? why grind through six bolt action rifles that are all basically the same? I was trying to grind through the russian nation but have basically given up because they don't get anything good until tier three, and basically every match is your team getting dumped on, even playing the americans in br 1 or II is mostly getting dumped on by german teams or the tidal wave of japanese. ....Still, its fun and i enjoyed playing with another person trying to coordinate.
I love the new Russian Paratroops how you can swap weapons out as they are a "premium squad" I wish you could do the same for all your other premium squads in the other trees, like I cant use every one, like the colt monitor squad, take a monitor and use with my standard machine gun battalion that have been equipped with the WAR or a couple other variants of the BAR, or my Medic Squad with most of the Allied Variations of the Thompson, including the .30 Cal, and the BSA Thompson, it would be nice to take the big drum variant from my Paratroops, idk. I just like how they did that, and I wish they'd do it the same for all ths other squads and countries
As someone who started playing enlisted 2 months before the merge. I quit afterwards. Economy, historical accuracy, tier match balance and the fact I couldn't select campaign maps I enjoy and stuck playing the same maps over and over. It's a shame because it was a good game.
the merge is not working for me, this is what I recommend for the game and its terrible BR / matchmaking system now: room system. Open up a room or join a room of your choice. Ranks and player profile will be publicly displayed for everyone's information. Use room name to specify a niche playstyle(bolties, infantry only, specific tier etc), the tier thing can stay, but just as a reference. Players will vote to kick those who disrespect the rules given by the room name, like cs1.6. BR system unbalanced? Balance it YOURSELF! A return to the good old days of server/room browser, and I actually think this will work very well for enlisted. Small player base? Use rooms and have players use their brain to matchmake themselves!
@@Volpeusz the room system we have now does not count towards progression. You also don't have an easy way to customize rules and the vote kick system is not present. I thought I made it clear when I mentioned rooms, this archaic thing in games. I am talking about csol / cf / bf level of customizable rooms / server system that is not just an option in the game's economy, but the ONLY option. A quick join button is fine, so long customizable servers / rooms is the basis of the progression.
Gaijin is truely stingy af. However coming from war thunder hardcore, this game's grind feels much easier. Im pretty glad about that. Took me almost a year to get my first jet in war thunder. They need at least one attachment for your gun. No scope top tier assault rifles in my opinion my german and soviet are more attractive. I did america but ill do soviet next. Japan last
You on point about the forum. I decide to give my feedback after my return to the game after the merge. That place is something else. Toxic people start insulting you because they don't like your opinion. When you respond to that the moderators show up and start muting your feedback and everything else while let the actual toxic drama starter muppets untouched. Absolute clown fiesta. Such a huge amateur vibe from every part of the social management of the game. Also the greed of this company is unmatched. They better make better f2p experience or they can kiss their one time release on steam good bye. The steam comments can not be muted like they do on the forum. Gaijin should have learn that already with War Thunder.
Soviet and American BR4-5 is completely unplayable so many skilled players on opposite side while only low skilled and awful players on your side, they killed the game for those nations only Germany and Japan is playable at high BR. At least on BR2/3 for all nations is pretty playable (well not really Axis is still tryharding like a real Wehrmacht).
@@stormer9952 I've been seeing full pc stacks on both teams it seems morez people are squading up with each other your just salty because you can't bot mine pre merge axis and they actually have players now so it's a shock lol
I love the BR system especially oh you got 1 DP-27 and a BP Kv-1 here's Tiger 2 and Panthers with some STG's and MG42's. Feels like the BR was categorized by wartime propaganda with them having a condensed BR with Kv-1 (76mm L11) at BR 3 (it's either is op 3 and below or cannon fodder 3 and up) and Tiger 2 at 5 why are they fighting in stalingrad now a T-34-85 vs Tiger 2 isn't too big a deal except it was also in stalingrad in the bombed out streets at sizeable distances facing each other and did not go well
The merge not only makes everything longer,it makes every sponsor wrong now,and there is no historical accuracy to the time,Moscow can now have tiger 2 and Is 2 which was the reason I stayed off Berlin because of the tanks. The merge add some good things, but it really is just a con,as many of the tech I have is so separate. The merge removes the best thing the game had too. CAMPAIGNS!!!people yapped about bad matchmaking time which WAS UNTRUE,and my matches always took a few seconds
Really insightful video thank you alot of players are stuck in their faction bias and it will only hurt the game longterm. I also want to say, does anyone remember veteran upgrades, that were stated in personnel upgrades? That were supposed to be upgradable in future versions of the game. Well heres a future version of the game with no veteran upgrades. Just saying. Good old gaijin 5 card monte
My main issue is bugs have been horrible I've had a couple of times where a enemy or friendly is mangled making it really off putting when and sometimes straight up invisible
Didn't watch the entire video, but I did agree with bonuses for low-populated factions. XP and silver is free...doesn't cost them a damn thing to boost. A happy player base is a player base that will stick around and invest real money in...XP and silver costs them nothing. The other main issue I see is one you touched on...the quality of the player base. At low-tier, where I normally play...there really isn't much if any imbalance. My main faction pre-merge was US in the Pacific. I will admit, on the US servers I believe it was pretty well a bot farm. However, post merge I think I may have been on a winning team 3/25 games...and it was always the same thing...I'd fight up to the point, and I'd be the only one there only to get over-run....repeatedly. The other 9 teams were...god-knows where. It got to the point where I said the hell with it and started playing Germany as my main just to get a 50/50 (or better) win rate. I still occasionally get rounds that are complete ass, but the majority are pretty good. In general, it seems like people are more focused on kill counts than actually capturing objectives...maybe they reward that a bit more heavily as well. Capturing a point gives 130 or 150 points...taking out a tank gives 300+. Maybe reverse that or set capture/defend points at 500-1000...*shrug* just an idea. Overall, I do like the "nation based" and tech tree approach better. The theatre based was nice as I liked to pick my map...or geographical area at least...but having to grind for the same things over and over again between campaigns was a pain in the ass. If you unlocked a M3A1 in the Pacific, why did I have to grind the same damn thing out in Normandy? I would have preferred a sort of hybrid personally...your equipment is tied to faction. Keep the BR system (minus the stupid lvl-3 up/down bit...just have a high tier and a low tier) and allow the player to pick the theatre they want to play. I know that opens up more "spread" than there was before...and I'm no game designer...but I'm sure they can come up with some way to incentivize playing other maps. Or...just let the masses speak: if there is a "dead" campaign...find out why...make it better. *shrug* no game is perfect. I just want to win like 50% of the time at least playing USA at this point. LoL Started playing a month or two before merge and damn near had the Pacific campaign capped. Bleh. Still enjoy playing, but...definitely annoyed.
About to give up on this game. New player here Two weeks in. Not enough new players coming in I keep facing BR lll as a BR l. BR should be 1-to-1, but not enough players. There should be an incentive to play lower populated factions like in H&G big XP bonuses, that really worked actually. But like in H&G no people play this game, I thought it was big. As I said I am two weeks in to this game about to quit it, imagine how many come and go in this game and feel like me. The game started out as HUGE fun and I had a blast playing it. Finally found my H&G replacement but after two weeks now the problems shine through, big-time. -BonesSL86 ingame
I am not anti merge oriented, I think it was a right move considering the player base splitting. That being said, as someone that maxed out every campaign before the merge (I wanted to have those Italian squads :) ), besides the equal terms at low BR, and full matches, I feel like I am at a loss after the merge. I feel like I've lost numerous squad slots. Previously, if I wanted to play paratroopers, STGs, Tiger I, Offenrorhr, I go to Normandy. If I wanted to play more FG 42s, machine guns, King Tiger, I go to Berlin. Both high tier, but still different flavor. If I want to play bolt acitons, British in Tunisia with Lee Enfileds. If I wanted to play Pz. IV, MG 34, MP-40, Beretta M38, Tunisia Axis, etc. The campaigns already functioned as different tiers for me, and now I have to merge them into single squad line up leaving out interesting things. Instead of 12 squad slots for my high tier Germans, now I have 6, instead of more variety, I have less. With all the sweat, there's no incentive not to use the anything but best at BR II and BR V. Some weapons like the MKb 42 are now useless once you get pass them, being BR V. Paradox is, that with campaigns, I could play BR III and IV, and now after the merge, I don't.
I hated Stalingrad because it forced me to grind for shadow levels with no reward. Imagine items found in other campaigns locked behind a paywall and remove the ability to pay months before the merge. I only stuck it out to unlock the early war MGs and the Pz IV F2, because just like WT it would be the only saving grace against plentiful T-34s and KVs
I am a new player and started out as BR1 Japan, have played for a whole weekend now, and have costantly been shoved into lockers by M4's with a 105mm gun that killanything in a 20 meter radius. and my only AT weapons do exactly no damage to him, maybe under the sponsons from 5 metres away but at that point I would just use a lungemine
After the return of gold for the Stalingrad pack, i got some coins to spare, then the christmas sale like perfect excuse to spend some. I have bought a year of premium and waiting to see how it develops or how low it can go, right now it's extremely one sided, more even than after the merge. I like Enlisted 'cause it gives me the possibility to flight which makes it almost unique in that aspect, but there are better experiences out there. Right now i am waiting for some good discount on Squad44 to make the jump, lately Enlisted has lost fun, and for a serious game it's very arcadey.
its very interesting to hear the feedback from you guys, assuming they are mostly from br 5, i play casually br 5 german (i got all the good stuff) and the matches i play is always stomping the americans even when they got good player and good gear, most matches the germans are Marshal and americans are still grey or the first gold ranks, same thing as german br 2 they stomp the americans, the only threat are the soviets but they lose most of the matches
I've noticed this but it goes both ways. Half my matches feel like a noob stomp and the other half feel like I'm the only player on the German team. But I know that's not true because I get one or two rally point score, and bots use rallies so I know it's players that aren't using the only rally on the map.
@@GGf-b4j this is a problem yes, because its nothing about managing your lineup, normally you wont go against br higher than 3 if you are br 2, and most of time i dont, but if they are not enoguh players on lower br you get put higher, its annoying yes, but it happened only few times for me since merge
Para you talked about you don't want to see arms fly of in the game you can turn it off setting the options gore to no. Thusfore you keep the non disgusting effect (blood) but no dismembering
I liked the merge, but the game isnt fun anymore because its a straight up sweatfest. and playing with people on computer who are clearly cheating ruined it for me. tanks that were invincible, guys who could shoot through walls, is just lame, the whole " if you have a single tier 5 weapon you are tier 5" is stupid, just make it so that you have a limited amount of points to build your army and LET US CHOOSE OUR OWN DAMN MAPS FFS.
frrrrr, and also idk how some people are saying that thers more diverstiy with the weapons in the matches now, like before we had all kinds of br`s and it wasn´t even that unfair if u know wut i mean
most higher tier players dont like using lower tier weapons but whats stopping them from making low br squads now? if you got a certain amout of poins to build your army per tier, that would be way better and as people progress they would simply add stuff. @@a.t6066
i only play germany, occasionally japan, but at tier II i almost always get tunisia and tier V is always normandy. the allies players i fight are near unbeatable bc my team is consistently low skill or empty. also i'm having an emotional reaction to finding out they nerfed the VG 1-5. i've only just now began to see it be used, now it's going to vanish again.
They even nerfe satchel charges & tnt packs anti infantry for german weapons but they will never nerf the allied weapons or the russians i noticed that even grenade launchers they also nerf making explosions un realistic asf then they just keep giving me the same map which is boring asf
@@soulwolf1756 tbh i rarely notice when something gets nerfed bc if you hyper-focus on balance, there will always be something that seems broken. but those HVAR rockets that wipe my entire team are very hard to ignore.
for me its the opposite with tier V, I get like 80 % stalingrad and 15 % berlin and like bvery occasionly normandy, like this is actually proven when i look at my stats, but still the same issue
i play pc and i have a machinegunner squad with the mg42, smg with the zk somthn gun, sniper squad cuz i love snipers ( i dont greyzone) and a pz IV tank with the side skirts, im not a premium player, im not sure how that would affect it, me personally love normandy the most as my relative died there in ww2 and it for me is the most visually pleasing apart from moscow@@ilimes
The problem with the merge is the same things ive said since playing a year ago: Fix the core of the damn game and any updates NEED to be thought out. This merger is half ass. How is linking map selection to equipment a good idea? Think about it, game modes were always random (which was a bad idea anyway) to invasion, conquest & demolition, now because of BR not only is modes random but maps too? Allies defending normandy? Vehicles camping in gray zones & worst on the new snow map. More players backing out of lobbies for different reasons. Team balance being even worst than before since gold ranks get stacked on one side while the other team has a few gold ranks but mostly scrubs. Weird lag. TTK is terrible, health should be nerfed 2-5% or weapons & xplosives should be buffed so it actually feels dangerous in the field. No night maps? A.I is still terrible. I can go on & on but this merger just made their issues worst and player base will fall off a cliff in a months time.
i liked the merge until i started running into the bugs... appearance bugs and certain weapons not being upgradable despite having all required unlocks makes the ridiculous grind for these things COMPLETELY useless...
I can't offer a good comment in regards to new players since I'm a moscow/normandy/stalingrad completionist between both ps4 and xbox series x. As someone who is not want for anymore silver, I think the game overall is better due to it being more of a player VS player experience. My issues with the game is with lingering gameplay issues: bot AI and lack of real squad based elements to the game, lack of asymmetry between the factions, BRIII squads still being put against sweatlord BR IV and V games. That said the games are more competitive this way.
Please, PLEASE fix battle ratings. The way they did it, is completely f*cking stupid as hell. So if i have 1 gun, not a vehicle but ONE God damn gun that is tier 5 in a squad my whole complete battle rating is now 5?!?!? I was in tier 3 in krauts cuz I needed to grind them up cuz i was like 11 and 12 in Tunisia and Berlin. So I couldn't even think of using my 3 gold guns (which i love) cuz I'm gonna get screwed. I mean I can hang with the best of em but u can't just straight bank on skill. Yes skill will allow me to catch u slippin and get the drop but if we're going straight toe to toe and I got a squad with bolt action and u got semi's and autos you're gonna cut me down while whistling
I have been put into german only games for a week now and idk what to do to play the other maps other than the new one and the d day maps bc its anoyying getting shot down by every mg and if i live i get ripped up by the german plan that shoots bombs pretty much.
wow, I like the game as a new player generally a good experience, but when I come up against you and platoon of 4 real people just schooling new players , no fun for me.
A few days ago I was crushed on my 3rd time ever on the D-Day map so I watched the replay to see what I did wrong. I did many things wrong one was assuming you where not on the other team with three others destroying the noobs. ( I almost made it past your tank mine trap, I think you actually shot the mine) I watched the replay from your and m8s perspectives and learned a lot . Maybe my fourth go will play better. I just hope is not against you. I also watched a few more of your replays to from that day.@@paradivision1362 anyways thanks for the info.
A thing that teally bothers me, is how annoying is being to play with yhe US Not only by how overpowered is the germans guns, but by how mutch the US matches tend to be filled with noobs, while the germans never got something like that
tbh ive never had a reall bad experience playing US after the merge, even though I play germans mostly, like i personally just equipp all of my troops with explosion packs and that way whenever thers a tank which is not greyzoning, u can just creep up to it and throw an explosion pack at it and 9 times outta 10 it works, although i do see ur point, i think the addition of the pershing that the devs announced will help that alot
At least the past week the US has been filling out. I guess because after the merge everyone just went to what they know (germans) and now are getting bored. Still, the balance balance is poor. You almost always get your bootyhole wrecked unless playing germans. Luckily if you sweat buckets you can win barely (which is fun). But often you end up out playing your entire team accumulated twice over and still lose. Other than that, I am enjoying the difficulty being 10× as much. And the fact pretty much all squads have a human player and not just stupid bots that stand there or friggin lay down to give you a better shot as you wipe them one by one before a single one reacts. Grey zone tanks and planes are still a huge problem if you didn't bring a strong enough counter because god knows that your lobotomite teammates won't. So if you want to grind low level squads, have an inadequate tank or plane, or dont have premium to bring more than one vehicle, you either get stuck being bombed if you try to play a tank outside the greyzone (or ambushed because theres constant paratroopers). So you get stuck bringing a good plane and spending the entirety of every match in it to counter tanks and planes. And then often you just get a auto loss because of the teammates taking up the vehicles to hide in the back and do nothing with a BR 1 tank as your objectives get hammered by jumbos and P47s. And you cannot rely upon teammates building AT guns and AAA guns because everyone wants to just spam assualt squads and paratroopers.
I think the issues you brought up are 100% true and valid, however, something that is rarely talked about is how shitty the game looks and feels, the animations are horrible, there is no +1 mechanic for ammo, there is no partial/tactical reloads, the reaload animations are really poor and its hidden by the fact that they are SO FAST, like inhumanly fast. The game needs more BRs ever since the merge i havent gotten a single Tunisia map, the Germans have a vast number of BR V things as compared to every other factions. Also as I pertains to the Merge, It really fucked me over because now I cant buy uniforms for my soldiers because they keep getting deleted because of the winter uniforms for the allies, in addition to this I can no longer enlist higher level soldiers anymore for certain classes because i need to grind all the brit bong bullshit that i didnt want to research before because it now stand in the way of my american tanks. Also they should make Gold order soldeirs actuallyh better than regular soldiers. I could go on but I'll stop there.
I disagree with your suggestions on the grind. The grind issue and the player base playing germany only can be solved with boosters. Like if japan has few people playing it, it gets a 200% silver and exp booster. Same thing for other nations. Also, grinding BRs is stupid and its not gonna work. If they want to shorten the grind they should provide boosters and a war mode similar to HNG(yes i know it died but it had its highs)
Im having a complete different experience after the merge. First week and a half, Rank 5, yes it was a German team constant easy stomp, but teams were almost always 10v10. After that, till today (kind of a week), Ive been playing only US rank 5 and german teams cant even get to do anything still mostly 10v10s, its just stomp after stomp. Guess all the really bad people just switched to the previously winning side, making german teams real trash now. Theres about 1 every 10 games that are kinda "balanced", but if you just bomb any KT that the germans get, it becomes an easy stomp again. After the merge, I have had the easiest and fastest matches Ive ever had in enlisted, on both sides. The only thing I havent tested is russia, but I dont care that much about the russian tech tree tbh.
tier V soviets have no means to deal with king tigers they only have 2 planes with 250kg bomds. so thats why nobody is plaing them and they dont have impact wich are compleatly brocken. so there is a equpment gapp wich leads to players not playing for them
Great Potential, even greater disappointment; is there light at the end of the tunnel? 🔥🔥🔥
- One positive aspect i forgot to mention: Grinding squad levels costs much less experience now than before, even high tier squads seem to have the same EXP requirements as low tier ones. -
Yeah but japan dosent have it easy going against calliopes m24a1 tanks is ridiculous the tanks in japan are still useless all I get is red all the time only weakness against a calliope is there rocket's you can pull up with a jumbo in japan It was never balanced m2 carbines in the pacific you tell me its balanced its not m2 carbine is one of the best guns out there yall have the best guns browning Russians have lads rd-44s you name it maxim guns vickers literally fire brigades the best tanks ever even the russians have isc2s & 50 cal machine guns you have the beat allied planes with rocket's bombs & good guns they are stingy they don't care especially the grind how come you can add m2 on any soldiers but can't add automatics for germans or japanese this is unbalanced asf germans are unbalanced as well german planes suck there soo trash & I still have to grind every single beginner tank to get are trash I have to grind forever to get a new tank they removed premium squads that others still have which also makes it unbalanced jumbo are insane in japan

The fact it took me forever to unlock the panther just to find out I gotta unlock all the low tier tanks I didn't even use !!
I immediately dropped the game after the merge I'm not even going to bother with finishing the battle pass
"even more" is an understatement
@@jakuza8i wonder how did you get to that conclusion if you have less xp to grind overall than before
@@Volpeusz doesn't change the fact that to unlock the most basic weapons for like berlin you have to grind a lot and not to mention pay for all of the stuff you've unlocked too, when before you could have gotten a t-34-85 for like 8k xp and no cost, you also have to research and/or pay for all of the stuff you've already unlocked in the old version
I will say weapon upgrades cost way too much than they should have.
@@abotaccount6094but it is pre determined because you gotta unlock everything before the thing you actually want

I think the game is fun but enlisted, please frikin decrease the grind. Its ok for the panzerfaust to be 150,000 rp. But i am not interested to grind the same amount for a stug
Skill issue. It takes less than 10 matches to grind 150k xp
Stug bis good tho
@@a.t6066 lets say. That would mean you get 15k points a match (kinda unrealistic but ok, lets say you bought premium)
As a tier 3 player, to get a king tiger (the only thing you want honestly) You have to get 150k points 6 times, so with a match of 20 minutes, that is 20x10x6=1200 minutes or 20 hours.
@DodoSniffer73 bro an average match gets you 10-12k easily. A good match gets you around 40k with an upwards of 60k
They're most likely going to grind a machine gun or submachine gun.
new players dont build rally points anyway because they want to shoot and not think
Yeah I haven’t played for around two weeks, wanted the paratroopers but I can’t bring myself to play the game

1000 times yes, but 1 and 5 br would be the most ass and best thing to play because in 1 br you would be against 2 br most of time and on 5 there is nothing better than you so at the worst you get equal enemies and not every time
Will probably happen eventually if steam release ups the player base.
@@dexorne9753 i hope so, because it really sucks, there is no reason to play anything other than br 3 and quitting when uptiered, or br 5

Edit: I forgot to add that we should have a map filter to help getting maps that we want but there is too little atm that it might not be able to be implemented we need just a update that focuses on bringing us at least 4-7 maps to get variety.
they could have just added the super pershing. the fact that a 76mm sherman is rank 5 is stupid.

I joined enlisted 3 months prior to the merge and grinded a lot for the axis enough to be put in br 5 lobbies but when the merge happened I found I couldn't research further tier weapons or vehicles without having first unlocked previous weapons or vehicles im well beyond needing to use its really killed the vibe of playing as I have to unlock 7 weaker tanks before being able to move on to getting a tiger tank
well i mean its not like it takes that much time
@Volpeusz well some of us are adults that have jobs and children and things called responsibilities don't have time to spend all day playing a mid ass game
@@MacintoshGaming1lol exactly. The update is garbage and is a kick in the teeth of all the hours put in by many over the years to each faction.
@@RainmakerLTU appreciate this - long winded aay of saying the game is SH 1 T and they have fucked it up
I totally agree with everything you said, I think that the whole tiers having their own campaigns is complete bs and you should be able to play any campaign regardless of your br.

I unistalled even though I have about 40 days worth of playtime on it.
yes, ultimate fun factor to grind same weapon 3 times
If they want quick monetization, decrease the cost of premium squads by half, add more squads, and put the cosmetics behind them. Once I’ve unlocked this specific squads uniform let me put it into my other squads. That way you make the point of buying premium squads to get cosmetics.
You should start with 3 squads and a tank, need same RP for win / lose, bonus for join any team
As BR2 soviet main I miss Moscow. And when I get it it's full of br3 stuff and paras, doesn't feel early war anymore. It's iconic smg the PPD34/38 gone, instead have some time travelling Stalingrad weapons and coping amounts of old imperial Madsen
At least italian experience improved, you can go now fight inverse D-Day or counterattacking with Steiner bois
I love playing as Italians in berlin in my head cannon musillini sent reinforcements to germany like he said he wanted to
I think they should implement the map preference thing but just for very specific weapons and vehicles.
No Sherman can deal with tiger 2 h, need super Pershing. Pershing can't even deal with tiger 2 h
Even the Jumbo is a joke now with the Tiger 2 in the game.
Ive uninstalled and moved over to Hell Let Loose. The merge has completely ruined the game for me.
After the merge, which solidified my distrust that this will ever be a good game, here are my observations:
- Historics are completely ignored, making the game pointless to play over Army Men FPS and the hundreds of other FPSs out there.
What a good piece of crap this game as become!!!
Bad piece of crap*
Hi, newcomer here XD, firstly nice video but i want to share my point of view:
-i am an old Normandy Campaign Allies main and also Tunisia Axis (Italians) main so the merge kills my will to play this game cuz of new map and team selection,
-other things that dont work for me is the way of balancing factions and BR's, (sub-par smg and awful tanks in USA, objectively the best infantry weapons in game are SOV, niche and weirdly too high in BR and Tier GER weapons namely Kiraly and Beretas),
-but the real shit that hit the fan are maps and game modes, the moment im matched on Pacific with my Americans i immediately go back to main menu same way as im in Stalingrad map - I just won't waste my time on this trash of meatgrinders
But as you can say from my comment i play this game from time to time and i wish the game and community great success.😉
I thought I would disagree with you when I saw the title, but I have to say your analysis is absolutely perfect here. I 100% agree with all the points made in the video.
Reason why most of the matches are in stalingrad is because rank 3. Play in rank 5 and some guy using rank 3, play br 2 and some guy using br 3.
Yea just like grey zone jumbo camping in greyzone all match and of course map design favors germany in d day its there defences positions and bunkers kinda like how d day was 😂😂
@@paradivision1362 its almost as if Germany gets the JU88 and other bombers as well.
Looking at the comments, looks like most of the complains have somekind of top tier Bias
I mainly Played Germany on Tier II, but heard a lot of info from another factions and BRs, so I'll give my opinion about the merge
1st: general changes
the general feel of the merge imo was an improvement compared to the old enlisted, the old enlisted or was a sweatpool (looking at you Normandy) or was just one-sided, this update filled every match with players. Only on rare occasions I had an enemy team with mostly most (i believe it happened one time)
tech tree was a good and big improvement compared to the old system (I really feel I need to grind much less exp to unlock something)
matches are more challenging now, even if we stomp the enemy team (this isn't duck-hunting now, so shut up about your K/D, it clearly says you were a bot farmer and now that you are having a challenge, you cry)
the new skill tree has more options yet more problems compared to the old system (is harder to get used to it and forcing you to spend 6 points on the first line of perks seems off to me)
graphics, even if they aren't crucial, looks nicer now
2nd: Grinding
there's not much to say about this, 1 thing good and 1 thing very bad
good: like I said earlier, Exp grinding feels less tedious than before, I don't need to grind 180k exp for every level after level 23-24 on 12 freaking factions, so kudos for that
very bad: Silver grinding. It's just awful, they literally copy-pasted 1-1 the grinding rate of the old enlisted, damn even on the old Enlisted was "hard" to grind the freaking orders, now it just feels even more grindy and painful (literally even having premium I am getting 3k at best (and fully leveling a 3 star weapon (which can be Tier II (cof cof MP-40 cof cof)) cost like 20k silver
3rd: Balance
I need to split this on 2 separate categories, because each of those has different problems
3.1: Playerbase Balance
Here I'll talk mostly about low BR in general, still I will mention Top BR, but i'll talk mid and top BR i'll talk more deeply on the "Equipment Balance" section
On low BR, I noticed a trend since the launch of the merge, on the first 2 days, almost no-one new was playing low BR, I mostly found veterans and sweatlords tryharding as usual, then, for most of the time German team usually had more veterans than the Allies and Soviets, but still for most games it wasn't a stomp, even if we 70 to 90% of the games we won, most of the time we had around 200 to 400 tickets when we started assaulting the last point so they are hard fought battles, for me feels like a lot of people are just bitter losers, also, I feel there is some informal "honor code" between the veterans on which we are not using any trash strategy when we are on low BR (like GL spam, Greyzone Camping or Mining the rallies) I fought against easily 500 to 1000 players and only less than 10 used using this trash strategies (and I followed that honor code with pride, because I'm playing Low BR to have fun and let people have fun, If I want to be sweaty and tryhard, I'll go to top tier)
and yeah, like I just mentioned, Top BR is a sweatpool and the realm of tryhards, but Honestly, that was expected and (at least for me) I'm fine with that, let sweatlords be happy fighting in the mud against other sweatlords and the people who just simply want to have fun yet challeging games will stay on low BR
mid BR almost no one plays, you only want to play mid BR when you want to play russian roulette and pray to not get on Top BR (unless you really want that)
also, I believe the main reason Germany has more veteran players and the other factions not may be because of 4 reasons
1st: Germany is a cliche nation (you know, playing with the bad guys and things like that)
2nd: like I said, the are the most balanced nation
3rd: Werhaboos, yeah, they still exist
4th: Germany was present on most campaigns (germany was on 5 campaigns, allies on 4, soviets on 3 and Japanese on 1) so by mere statistics maybe this could also answer the high number of veteran players on germany
3.2: equipment Balance
Here I have a quite bigger complain (focused on top BR mostly)
First of all, I won't say Germany is OP (at least on Low and mid BR) yet, I'll admit they are the best faction to play because even if they are not perfect and Clearly OP against any Ally or Soviet Counterpart, they are not very bad at almost nothing, they are simply the most balanced faction to play (and clearly the most beginner friendly of the 4)
but everything changes on High BR, mainly because on one thing, Tiger II, It's not invincible, but it can be a really pain in the ass SPECIALLY for Allies because they only have the P-47 to counter it, (and If the Tiger II player is smart, it can evade most allied P-47 runs) also I heard Japanese player have some trouble too against Top BR allied equipment (mostly P-47, M2s and Jumbos)
the main problem is simple, Allies and soviets don't have proper counterparts against the 3 Big cats (as a Normandy veteran, even before the merge Allied Tankers haver big troubles against Tigers and Panthers, now with Tiger IIs is impposible to have armor support, and on some maps of normandy they were a must to clear bunkers, thank god they are working on the Pershing and the Super-Pershing because allies NEEDED something like that (soviets are still being punished by Tiger II spam, but not as hard because they have some powerful vehicles too (even if the IS-2 is inferior to the Tiger II)
4th: BR
this is my last point, and I have an positive opinion about it yet it still has some big problems
good: Spliting equipment on BRs was in my opinion a very good idea to keep at highest the weapon balance, I have some knowledge about game design (I even was a Lead developer for an Indie project a year ago) and I can fonfirm that the campaign system was doomed to kill the game, (I won't go into details because that would need another Bible like this one and I just want to finish this) basically you can fight mostly equal equipment and don't have the troubles and suffering every rookie had when he started to play before the merge giving a sense of balance
the bad: my only big problem about the Only the BR (because I'm not counting bug or the Tiger II problem because they do not really belong here) is BR III. BR III is basically like flipping a coin, you can end on low BR and being a little more powerful than the low BR players, or being just stomped by top BR gear
my proposal about this is simple, the BR matchamking will work like this
BR I with BR II
BR II with I, II and III
BR III with II, III and IV
BR IV witth III, IV and V
and BR V with IV and V
Conclusions:
this update, yet not perfect, it clearly improved the game for the most part, the only REALLY bad things about this update are the silver grinding, the Top Tier balance problem and the BR balance problem. 2 of them are between problematic and VERY problematic and 1 are more "simple" to fix
Suggestions
about Silver Grinding, just give more per battle pls, like at least 2x more
Top tier Balance just give more vehicles that can counter german top tier ones (like the Pershing and Super Pershing for allies)
and BR balance just follow the scheme I made before
(after finishing this, I just realized I made the Bible 2, damn)
To be fair the Devs were likely using "deved" squads. Tgey probably werent natural or normal squads but individual custom soldiers. Or maybe a "you cant see the forest from the trees" kinda thing
These games are just here to steal Precious time from your real life and get you stuck playing they games for a life time. They should pay us to play there games thats my opinion 😊
It's true lol
They in it for the money. That's why I quit playing.
I want to play Berlin. I hope they give us preference which battle we want
Allies have been stacked last few days at high BR, complete trouncing of Germans.
It's a shame because it was a good game.
the merge is not working for me, this is what I recommend for the game and its terrible BR / matchmaking system now:
room system.
Use rooms and have players use their brain to matchmake themselves!
spoiler, there are rooms for very very long time
@@Volpeusz the room system we have now does not count towards progression.
@@genjack8632 interesting, as far as i remember the only restriction for progression is how many players play in room
Japan last
I keep getting Tunisia every single game! I want to storm Normandy but it won’t let me!
its br dependent, you need to have at least br 3 to have 50% chance

CAMPAIGNS!!!people yapped about bad matchmaking time which WAS UNTRUE,and my matches always took a few seconds
war thunder has built in post-fx setings for color and stuff
Really insightful video thank you alot of players are stuck in their faction bias and it will only hurt the game longterm. I also want to say, does anyone remember veteran upgrades, that were stated in personnel upgrades? That were supposed to be upgradable in future versions of the game. Well heres a future version of the game with no veteran upgrades. Just saying. Good old gaijin 5 card monte
My main issue is bugs have been horrible I've had a couple of times where a enemy or friendly is mangled making it really off putting when and sometimes straight up invisible
Yea they become stretch arm strong
-BonesSL86 ingame
you can try out playing in stacks, helps alot under such situations. the link to the florida in my channel description leads you there.
I'm honestly just tired of so many weapons being their locked for me. But some other sweat always manages to get a tiger on br 2 moscow
Same but there not stomp matches axis just always pulls through with good teamwork
@@spencersecrest6001 just because Germany started winning matches now that we have full teams everyone thinks the game is broke.
@@spacecowboy1438 fr it's funny mad because they can't just steamroll germany anymore
There should be a kind of tutorial in game for the br’s and maps
like what do you mean
@@Volpeusz so you know how to manage the brs so you don’t mess up and end up on br 5 when all ur lineup is br 2
I liked the merge, but the game isnt fun anymore because its a straight up sweatfest. and playing with people on computer who are clearly cheating ruined it for me. tanks that were invincible, guys who could shoot through walls, is just lame, the whole " if you have a single tier 5 weapon you are tier 5" is stupid, just make it so that you have a limited amount of points to build your army and LET US CHOOSE OUR OWN DAMN MAPS FFS.
make it so that lower tier squads and weapons get more xp. that way newer players will progress faster
@kingryan69 if you make low tier get more xp by default, what stops high level experienced players from clubbing low tier for extreme xp gains....?
frrrrr, and also idk how some people are saying that thers more diverstiy with the weapons in the matches now, like before we had all kinds of br`s and it wasn´t even that unfair if u know wut i mean
most higher tier players dont like using lower tier weapons but whats stopping them from making low br squads now? if you got a certain amout of poins to build your army per tier, that would be way better and as people progress they would simply add stuff. @@a.t6066
@@Pandacorps it was extremely unfair before.
I said it before and I will say it again. Campaigns were awesome.
i only play germany, occasionally japan, but at tier II i almost always get tunisia and tier V is always normandy. the allies players i fight are near unbeatable bc my team is consistently low skill or empty.
also i'm having an emotional reaction to finding out they nerfed the VG 1-5. i've only just now began to see it be used, now it's going to vanish again.
@@Pandacorps that's really odd. console or PC? and which squads do you equip? that could possibly affect things.
i play pc and i have a machinegunner squad with the mg42, smg with the zk somthn gun, sniper squad cuz i love snipers ( i dont greyzone) and a pz IV tank with the side skirts, im not a premium player, im not sure how that would affect it, me personally love normandy the most as my relative died there in ww2 and it for me is the most visually pleasing apart from moscow@@ilimes
I feel like they've basically removed tier 3 equipment
I have been put into german only games for a week now and idk what to do to play the other maps other than the new one and the d day maps bc its anoyying getting shot down by every mg and if i live i get ripped up by the german plan that shoots bombs pretty much.
wow, I like the game as a new player generally a good experience, but when I come up against you and platoon of 4 real people just schooling new players , no fun for me.
i usually play alone or in a 2 stack. anything beyond 2 ppl is too boring
A thing that teally bothers me, is how annoying is being to play with yhe US
Not only by how overpowered is the germans guns, but by how mutch the US matches tend to be filled with noobs, while the germans never got something like that
tbh ive never had a reall bad experience playing US after the merge, even though I play germans mostly, like i personally just equipp all of my troops with explosion packs and that way whenever thers a tank which is not greyzoning, u can just creep up to it and throw an explosion pack at it and 9 times outta 10 it works, although i do see ur point, i think the addition of the pershing that the devs announced will help that alot
the new MM makes 60% of the content irrelevant, onyl T2 and T5 gears are viable, so it is a huge downgrade
Merge killed it for me. Wont play again
I had to think hard for a moment reading the thumbnail of what game Enlisted is😅
Im having a complete different experience after the merge.
This. The first week I saw allied teams spawning Jumos to deal with German Tanks and 2 Ger pnes in the air with no US plane up.
Same but I've been stomping with germany barely lost a match in like 3 days
